Beautiful day in the park with Oscar and Strawberry. - It was a nice ride.. Oscar, our driver was very nice and friendly. He had a good sense of humor. I was hoping to see a bit more f the park. Castle, for one.

Wonderful carriage ride with Matt and Strawberry!🍓 - What a wonderful ride through Central Park! Matt, our driver, and Strawberry, his horse, were great We were impressed both with Matt’s knowledge and helpfulness and with how well he treated Strawberry. It was quite warm; he took her to drink, and didn’t push her through the ride. Matt also took photos of us with our phones, and suggested great spots for photos. He took time to let us enjoy everything. Our daughter and granddaughter had stars in their eyes and huge smiles the whole ride!

Amazing - Amazing experience and knowledge guide. Pointed out everything amd stopped for photos. Horse was so friendly and got to feed him .

Great commentary on the... - Great commentary on the history and unique aspects of the park during the ride. Beautiful views on the ride.

Disappointing Ride - Finding our carriage was pretty confusing and I know we did not end up with the guide/carriage that we were supposed to have. Although Marco was pleasant and pointed out places along the way, we only stopped at the fountain, not at the other two stops which were supposed to be included in Private VIP carriage ride we booked. Additionally, the ride was supposed to be 50 minutes and from start to finish it was only 35 minutes. There are many carriage ride companies to choose from and I wouldn't book with them again as we did not get what we paid for, sadly.

Don’t book through this company. - Do not book with this company. Just walk up and book directly with a horse and carriage. We had a VIP booking scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 7pm. We had a very tight window schedule as it was a two day trip and wanted to do everything with a schedule. Broadway show, specific tours and times. They texted me the day before saying they didn’t have enough horses and drivers on a Saturday at 7pm. Which I ground very odd. They said the only time they could give me was 5:30pm. So I felt stuck seeing they already charged me. As we had an open few hours from 1pm-3pm that day I called and texted the number that changed my ride. I texted them 7 times and called them 3 times. Asking to move my ride because there is hundreds of horses available during this time. I even asked if there’s availability at 7 PM with horses standing around and they said absolutely. We don’t stop riding till 9 o’clock. With no response by the company, I decided to go and pay for another ride with my family as this was my 7 year olds wish and nobody was responding to move my original ride. At 5 PM the original ride operator finally responded and said he’ll be waiting at 5:50 PM for my 7 o’clock ride. Which I responded and said they cancelled my 7pm ride and moved it to 5:30. He then called me and said we can come now. I was very confused as was he but I told him the situation and he said “ok, I’ll tell the company” The whole thing was off. Please don’t use them to book a horse and carriage. Walk up to any part of Central Park and there’s hunters of horses and you can do it directly with them. There is no shortage of horses or riders or carriages.

Our personal experience... - Our personal experience wasnt great. He was late to pick us up. Then seemed bored to be doing the tour. Was very lazy when pointing out different references. Didnt seem to care and spend the majority of his time on his phone while driving.

viator terrible customer service - I had a family emergency and tried to cancel and was denied. I never received a text from driver at 2:00. Also my 2:30 appointment that was never confirmed (requested at 3:30 and settled for 2:30) I have used viator many times . I WILL NEVER USE VIATOR AGAIN TERRIBLE experience
