A Delicious, Affordable, and Insightful Food Tour with Jon - Jon’s East Village and NoHo food tour was one of the highlights of my trip. He promises that for just $10, you’ll be full by the end—and he absolutely delivers. The food stops were varied, tasty, and all places I would have never discovered on my own. What really made the tour special was Jon’s commentary—not just about the food, but also the neighborhoods we walked through. He added great anecdotes and local context that gave the experience much more depth. You come for the food, but leave with a better understanding of the city and its stories. Highly recommend!

Delicious Tour! - This was a great food tour with Jon! We had some delicious bites at a variety of places that we never would have known about without this tour. Jon did a great job sharing some history about East Village while he led us to some of its oldest and most delicious food establishments! Thanks for a great tour today, Jon, and for a great selection of small bites!

Great Food and fascinating history of the East Village NY - Jon was a great guide and this was the second walk we have done with Jon. We went to some great food stops added McSorleys Old Ale House. This was a fantastic addition. Would highly recommend this tour and Jon as a guide for his local knowledge and history of New York

Nice and easy food tour - We had a great time on this tour. Jon Moto took us to several restaurants where we tried pea soup, pizza, and dumplings — all for just $10 in total. He was also very knowledgeable and shared interesting historical facts about Astor Place and the East Village throughout the tour.

Great Food Tour - This is the second tour we did with Jon a day after a great tour we had with him. We had a lot of fun, ate good food and heard stories about the area. We went to places that we wouldn't find without Jon and was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience! Food, hidden gems and stories - I did a few tours with Jon in NYC, and from all the tours I took his were the best! This one is no exception. The food was excellent, John kept the tour interesting with stories of architecture and events that took place in the areas we visited, he provided stories about the venues we visited, and we really got to see some hidden gems that would be hard to find on my own, but are really really great to see.

Great way to see and taste NYC! - Jon with city shuffles puts on an amazing tour- as a local he knows so many unique things about the city - hopefully he will tell you the story of his great aunt. He chose some great local spots where we were able to try bites. Every stop was unique - Jon knew many of the local owners. From the pea soup to the pizza to the egg cream, every stop was delicious. We especially loved the dumplings! He was easy to communicate with, even providing recommendations for places not on the tour. This was our second tour with Jon- we had so much fun on the first one, we found time for another one.

Great experience! - Awesome tour! It was my second tour with Jon (first being the Greenwich Village food tour) and it was just as interesting and well-organized. It was such a great way of getting to know the neighborhood and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to NYC

City shuffles the best option in NYC - Jon is amazing, he is very funny and passionate for what he does! The tour was quite an experience, the split pea soup, egg creams from B&H dairy which tasted like a root beer float, delicious Korean bbq dumplings, and the best slice of pizza I ever had, definitely 100/10. City Shuffles always makes me want to come back and discover new places of NYC
