Where Hollywood Meets the Harbor: Charlie’s VIP Tour Takes Center Stage - We had the pleasure of touring the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with Charlie, and we can’t recommend him highly enough! Even though we’re former (not lifelong) New Yorkers, Charlie managed to reveal hidden gems and fascinating tidbits we’d never heard before. His immense knowledge of the city’s history was on full display, but the real star of the show was his lively, theatrical approach. Drawing upon his acting background, Charlie delivered each story with such flair and enthusiasm that we felt like we were front-row at a private performance. But that’s not all—Charlie had a knack for making all of us feel like true VIPs. He was courteous, patient, and always willing to answer our questions, all while sprinkling in plenty of humor and charisma. He even connected with us on a personal level, comparing his experiences in the Big Apple with our own bicoastal tales from Los Angeles. By the end of the tour, we were laughing over the cultural contrasts between the two cities and enjoying a few inside jokes along the way! This was truly a fun, informative, and unforgettable experience that left us walking away with cherished memories. We are incredibly grateful to Charlie for sharing his time and talent with us!

Informative and enjoyable! Our tour, with Cherie, was fantastic! - Our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with Cherie was nothing short of fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and full of interesting information. She knew exactly where to take the best pictures, sit on the boat for the best views, and the photographs she brought along with her to describe Ellis Island were great. My family enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend Cherie.

Great experience - My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Cherie. She shared informative, interesting information, but didn't overwhelm us with too many facts or stories about Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. She did a great job of balancing the amount of time talking, walking, listening and time to explore on our own. She had good suggestions for the best photo spots and knew to get the better seats on the ferry to get those. She led you to the best spot to get on the ferry without waiting in a long line! Overall, we had a great experience and would happily take another tour with her and Babylon Tours.

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island - Kathryn was amazing. She knew how to guide us through the crowds, and highlighted so much history. Highly recommend the smaller tour size- allows for flexibility and personalized conversation. It was a great experience and the tour company was great at communicating taking away any worry.
