Great tour! - Our guide, “Care”, had wonderful stories to share and also had great photos that enhanced his stories. The walk was easy and the houses we saw were amazing. Especially fun while I’m watching “The Guilded Age”.

A fresh take to the Gilded Age - A knowledgeable tour guide, his iPad filled with vintage photos, and an enthusiastic group made this tour outstanding. There were so many tidbits about the Vanderbilts, Carnegie and the high society of the late 19th century.

Interesting tour, hoped for a little more - Walked down 5th Ave to learn about the repurposed mansions from the late 1800s and early 1900s. Would have loved to look inside more of the buildings but a lot of them were closed on Sundays, are under construction, and/or have strange visiting hours and policies. Our tour guide AJ was great though. Super fun and informative and somehow able to walk and talk in 90 degree New York heat.

The tour guide was... - The tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting but what they didn't say when I booked was the tour was outside and you don't really get to go into any of the mansions. It was very hot outside. We got to go in the lobby of one mansion. Very disappointing especially in July.
