On this organized vehicle tour, see familiar sights like Macy’s and Fifth Avenue’s holiday shop decorations, pause for a snapshot against the majestic Lincoln Center tree, and revisit your top movie moments with video clips as you drive by the real locations from famous films. Your tour vehicle could range from a coach bus, mini bus, Sedan, SUV, to a sprinter, based on your group size.
- Limited wheelchair accessibility. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.
- All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms.
- There are several quick step-off points at some of the locations during the tour.

INCREDIBLE NYC Tour experience!!! - The tour was absolutely incredible. Our driver, Guy, really moved us! And our tour guide, Bryant, was super fun and energetic. I especially appreciated his commentary on underrated dreamworks classic Epic and the Tron franchise. Bryant was also incredibly knowledgeable about New Yorks cultural and architectural history, which I really appreciated. As fresh inductees into the 6-Hour Bus and Boat hall of Fame, I highly recommend studying up on your UN trivia. 10/10 Would Highly Recommend

Great Christmas Holiday Tour of the City! - Our tour guide was so enthusiastic and fun! You could tell she really enjoyed guiding this tour. It was a really great way to see the city and the holiday lights.

Enjoyable and relaxed - The movie knowledge was great, the timeliness of the bus and fun atmosphere was exactly what we needed after hitting all the tourist lines and attractions. The communication prior to the tour was helpful.

Saks 5th Ave & Dior,... - Saks 5th Ave & Dior, Cartier window displays were beautiful. The Cartier building was also a favorite as well as the Rockefeller tree.

Disappointed!!! - Unfortunately, I can’t say that there were any memorable experiences.
I took this tour once before, and I would’ve rated it at 10 stars.
However, our guide did not seem knowledgeable and admitted that working the video was her first time. It was actually a disaster.
Most of the time, when she would describe a certain experience that we were about to have, we either passed it up or never saw it. It was very confusing.
She directed us to restrooms at the plaza hotel, in the street of shops that had been closed for three years.
My general sense was that she was not as knowledgeable as she should’ve been possibly should’ve had a script to follow. She was telling the driver where to go.

Unremarkable - The tour started late, which happens. We were informed early and often of the time adjustments, which was great. The guide did give buy us free hot chocolate for our inconvenience. The actual tour, however, was very underwhelming. It is possible that our earlier tours being so wonderful had our expectations higher than they should have been. The tour guide,Ava, was a bit too off topic chatty for my taste. We did not go to Rockefeller Center, a stop at Bloomingdales that was to be the bathroom stop was ‘canceled ‘ because the store was closed by the time we arrived. Ava was a perfectly sweet and polite girl, just doesn't appear to be the polished guides we encountered on our other Viator tours of the week. We wound up getting off earlier because the end point was not where the tour started. Im not sure if that was stated anywhere in printed the tour information, but I definitely did not see it. Overall, not a miserable time but nothing I would recommend.

Unsatisfied customer - Not satisfied, the tour did not start till 8:00 pm and ended @10:00 pm which in the info it was told from 6:30pm to 9:30pm missing one hour and very late start. We were supposed to be able to stop in Bloomingdales on the tour, it was closed because of the late start, some of the tour was not complete. This tour group needs to be more correct in their times and reroute their tours.

Terrible Service - The time was changed though I got several reminders that the time was 6:30. My husband is in poor health and we took a taxi and stood there in the cold waiting. I called the operator and was told the time changed in November. We had no idea. We will be requesting a refund.

Great tour concept, TERRIBLE TOUR! Run away from this one. - I’m 68, have traveled a lot and never had a bad tour. I did this tour with my wife and she had the same impression. I hardly have written any reviews but I want to warn future travelers on this one. This Holiday Lights and Movie Site Tour is a great tour idea. Our guide did his best with what he had but overall this was a Terrible Terrible tour. So bad, I’d like to ask for my money back.
Problems. 1.) A 30 minute late bus, 2.) A bus with heavily tinted windows which made seeing lights on this Xmas light tour really really hard (an open top bus would have been better), 3.) the bright white bus video screens glared in your eyes making it hard to focus out the heavily tinted winds to see lights. 4.) Xmas movie clips were not synced well with our location. 5.) smell of urine on the bus.
We got off after 40 minutes at the first tour stop and our 30 minute walk back to our lodging was way more enjoyable than this tour.

Didn't even get to go on the tour - Signed up for the Christmas Movie tour yesterday (12/02/23). We arrived at the location 15 minutes early like they requested, but no one from the company was there. The bus was suppose to leave at 5 but there was still no one there. Just after 5, a protest moved past the pickup location and they graffitied the Starbucks we were waiting by. They started to close all the shops around the area and tons of police arrived and advised us to leave the area. We called the company and they said they would investigate. After some back and forth they said we had 5 minutes to get back to the pickup location, but we were already 15 minutes away. We asked for a refund but they said it was non refundable but we may be able to get a gift certificate. I understand that the protest is out of their control but they picked the pickup location and did not arrive on time yet we are the ones that get screwed over.
