We were a group of 25 and... - We were a group of 25 and had a great experience overall. While it was a little stressful finding the right dock, we were able to board first as a group, and the vibe on the boat was great!

Amazing - This tour was great… I have a large family and everything in New York is very expensive, but this boat tour was so affordable. I loved how close we got to the Statue of Liberty and the music they played on the boat the snacks they provided and very affordable gifts. Can’t wait to come back and do it again.

Funday - The views were great and the narrator giving information about New York City was wonderful. The music was nice as well. However, the boat was not fully air conditioned and on the day we went it was a 100 degrees literarily. I think it should be upgraded for full a/c but with the option to open the windows. Also more comfortable seating would be nice.

Nice father's day 2025. - It was interesting. The view was beautiful. The music could have been better and the drink variety was limited (and high) but it was a cool experience & a nice crowd of people. A few ppl were almost tossed to the ground due to shaky boat but everyone seemed to enjoy it. Met some nice people and seen great monuments

Request refund - First of all, the trip was rescheduled and moved to a different time and different place all on 2 hours notice! For us sightseers who dont have time and need to stick to routines that messed everything up. Even then we went to the other pier as said but got just 5 mins late but the ferry left? Now i understand you can pin this on us as customers saying we are late by mere 5 mins but how about rescheduling time and location on such a rainy day on such short notice? So please I am requesting a refund.
