- To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren’t guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
- No parking on site.

Best Experience Ever!! - Friendly staff and super clean area!! Would do it all day!! Highly recommend this!! Not a crazy tourist trap! I was very nervous yet they made me feel at home and continued to check on me as I was alone and I’m a female! My husband was about to book and surprise me!! What an amazing time it was!

That's something to do at... - That's something to do at least once in NYC! The view was awesome and we were lucky to have a stunning weather at that time. I'll probably do it again in a few years.

Check bucket list! - Awesome experience where you got to see most of the tourist destinations in New York from the air.

Fantastic - The experience was fantastic and the staff were great. Everything ran smoothly and we felt extremely safe in their hands. I booked through Tripadvisor with no issues. It was very good value for money. The pilot was lovely and spoke throughout the flight explaining all of the landmarks in great detail which made the experience even better.

Very expensive time - It was an amazing experience, would I do it again no, was it value for money no. You were in the air less than 14 minutes . You only went over the Hudson River, there are so many more sights you could have seen.
We paid £600 for the flight for 3 people and they charge you another fee when you get there !!!!!
