See NYC Christmas lights, learn some history and be comfortable! - Our guide John was terrific— full of stories and history of nyc. He was fun! It was great being driven around as we went to places all over the city which we would never have been able to see all of those Christmas lights on our own. Surprisingly we weren’t stuck in traffic other than the first 10 minutes. The driver Johnny knew what streets to take,etc.
I highly recommend this tour to see NYC’s Christmas lights, learn some nyc history and be comfortable .

Great tour of New York City with Santa. - This tour was absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide, “Santa Claus,” and our driver were incredibly informative, kind and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend it and would gladly do it again!

Fun but delayed experience - Great experience but waiting on late arrivals delayed our start time by 30 mins which made for a very rushed ending. There should be a max 15 min wait time before a group has to reschedule/cancel. The tour guide was nice and we had great views of the city but the entire experience felt rushed.

Overall good except for delays and late passengers - The Little Italy pizza stop is no longer a thing.
People - if you are late then you hold up the entire tour which means we wind up having to skip stuff because of you.
The tour itself was great. Lots of good stops. Especially loved Hudson Yards, the NYSE tree, and the history that the tour guide gave.

The views are worth the money! - Would recommend this tour for first time travelers as the tour does cover a great bit!
It was a good tour. Very interesting info. Very interactive with getting on and off the bus. I like that we just didn’t sit on the bus the whole time.
Host was nice and friendly but just ok.
A little more personality and a joke or two would keep the younger crowd more engaged. Voice a bit monotoned.
This tour would get 5 stars if it would actually make a stop AT the Brooklyn bridge and let us walk on it. 😂

Informative and plenty of lights! - It was informative and the stops were great locations. Lots of photos ops. It lacked a festive feel inside the van as there was no music between locations. Made it feel a little stiff instead of more relaxed and festive. But definitely worth the money and the guide was super friendly.

Did not deliver the stated itinerary - We booked this holiday light tour for 10 members of our family, involving 3 generations. We started off well, seeing Times Square, Hudson lights and proceeding to Wall Street. At this point the tour became more iof an architectural history tour. We arrived at the Southport stop, and were told we had 10 minutes to use the restroom and thus would be the food stop. I pointed out there was to be another stop in Lower Manhattan at a pizzeria., but our guide Lyonel claimed no one had told him this. Later he changed his story, and Lyonel said the quality of the pizza wasn’t good and had been struck from the tour. The children were particularly disappointed, and hungry enough to buy some dried out sandwiches that were the only things available at that hour.
The guide was informative and the driver did a great job in the heavy traffic, but the last 1.5 hours were lacking in lights and the failure to provide a food stop was bad. I would not recommend this tour to families with children.
