- A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional…

Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

Our helicopter ride in... - Our helicopter ride in New York was absolutely amazing and so much fun.
We got to see the landmarks of New York, including the Statue of Liberty and the skyscrapers

Time - Ok but slightly shorter than promised, it said 18 to 20 minutes and it was 15 which is the cheapest trumpet time.

A total letdown as the Pilot gave us no commentary, we got radio silence. No explanations of sights & their significance - Despite myself and another passenger requesting commentary during our flight we received absolutely nothing. The pilot communicated to us thru our headsets and responded to a question from me at the beginning of the flight (so headsets were working) and the gave us nothing, despite questions. Totally disrespectful and so disappointing not to know what we were flying over and what to look out for. He gave us total silence.

Bad experience - Disgraceful how they pushed us like sardines in that helicopter, my husband wouldn't get on because there was so little space paid more than 300 dollars but no compensation and after less than 15 minutes we were already on the ground when we had booked for 20 minutes, really just dropping people off not normal and irresponsible
