Thank you Jaclyn Montgomery - Jaclyn was incredible. From the very start of the tour, she made sure our entire group—including my teenager—was completely engaged and connected. Her depth of knowledge was matched only by her warmth and professionalism. When discussing the events of 9/11, Jaclyn was thoughtful, respectful, and deeply informative. She brought the history to life with such compassion and clarity that we left the experience both moved and enlightened. Jaclyn is a true credit to ExperienceFirst—everything you could hope for in a guide and more. Her passion, empathy, and ability to connect with people of all ages make her stand out. If you're lucky enough to get her as your guide, you're in for something special. Thank you Jaclyn

Great tour! - We were originally scheduled for this tour at 1:00 but our previous tour ran late. Viator graciously allowed us to join the 3:00 tour. This tour is very informative about the history of the area and how it looks different today. This is the 2nd tour I’ve done of the 9/11 story and I learned something new!

Excellent tour even in the freezing cold! - Our tour guide, Jaclyn, was outstanding!! It was a cold day with frigid windchills. She gifted us all hand warmers that were a welcomed comfort. Jaclyn guided us through ground zero sharing many interesting facts and stories. We only had time for the 90 minute walking tour and spent a little over an hour in One World Observatory. The sky was clear blue and you could see forever. I look forward to going back and spending more time walking around the reflecting pools and visiting the museum. Excellent tour!

Would not repeat, spend the time at the memorial - The tour guide (James) spent 40 minutes at the beginning of the tour telling some unrelated stories about his life, he was at a polling place, his dinner plans the night before, blah blah blah. He didn't even discuss the church where we started until someone asked about it an hour later. Glossed over the firefighters exhibit and spent WAY too much time on personal anecdotes than the history of why we were there, stick to the facts and history

Talk only tour - We asked for the 911 tour with optional tickets to the tower we never got tickets to the 9/11 tour that part was simply someone outside talking to us about some of the things that happened and they gave us tickets to the observation tower even though it said optional and did not give us tickets to the 911 memorial And I was very generic presentation and certainly not worth the price for what we got
