Jump in for an intricate unveiling of this magical city! - You really need this private tour to see so many landmarks. We spent 6 hours in lower manhattan and Brooklyn to avoid UN and saw and heard about more than we could imagine. about NYC. SHELDON energized us as he shared history, the development, changes and progress of this thriving CITY. Will do a second or even third tour. Be apart of NYC!

The best way to get to know York - Super super recommended. Sheldon's constant supervision makes everything go perfectly. Even though we had two days of rain, the guides made the experience of knowing Nieva York unforgettable. The guides, Berenice and Carlos, were two excellent and attentive professionals (we traveled with two elderly people and were very attentive to their needs). I also stress the quality of drivers and cars. They were punctual and stopped whenever we needed them!

Truly the Best New York Tour - Our tour with Sheldon was one of the best I’ve ever been on. He showed us so many things that me nor my mother (who grew up in Brooklyn and worked in Manhattan as a young adult) have ever seen or knew about. He also kept my 17 year old daughter engaged from start to finish. The only thing that I would change would be to make the tour longer It almost felt like spending a day in the city with not only a tour guide, but a family friend. Sheldon advised us of many other things to do with our time while we were in the city I only wish we had the time to cover them all. G our driver for the day was also fantastic, friendly, and professional

Brenda and Calvin did New York City !!!! - It was amazing, Sheldon our tour guide was great. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and engaging. OMG he took us for pizza and it was outstanding. One of the best vacations ever !!!!

Best New York Tour Ever! - Many thanks to Best New York Tours for giving us the Best. Tour. Ever! We wanted to spend time seeing the City while waiting for a late departure out of Newark following a cruise. This did not disappoint. Our group of 7 (including a 3 year old) was picked up at the cruise port in Bayonne, NJ by a very courteous driver in a spacious Sprinter van. After a short drive to Manhattan, we met our guide who did an outstanding job showing us the sights and teaching us the history of the greatest city in the world.
Even though we have previously visited some of the same locations during previous visits, our guide was able to share additional perspective as only a native New Yorker can.
During our 4-hour tour, our guide showed us many parts of the City we had not previously seen, including parts of Brooklyn, China Town, Greenwich Village, Joe’s Pizza (a must-see!), Grand Central Terminal, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, and Times Square. We really enjoyed being able to get out of the vehicle and see the sights rather than simply being stuck on a bus all day.
Kudos to Sheldon for being a great tour guide and Gee for his superb driving (including a drop off at the airport in Newark at the end of the day). We could not have been more pleased with the experience they provided. We highly recommend to anyone who has a few hours and wants to truly experience New York in the best way possible. Thank you for a great time!

Best Tour and Guide in NYC! - We were picked up right from our hotel lobby and toured the city in a luxurious, air-conditioned Sprinter van (perfect for a hot June day). With two teenagers and a toddler in tow, Sheldon did an incredible job curating stops that kept everyone engaged and excited. The tour was rich with history and fascinating facts, a fantastic way to kick off our first day in the city. By the next day, we felt more confident and informed exploring on our own. Highly recommend!

This was our top experience in the city. - We truly loved this tour. Berenice and Alex were the best guides ever. They are so savvy about little gems hidden along the way. Even though I had been in NYC several times before, to see it through Berenice's eyes was a completely different and amazing surprise. They were so punctual. Alex is such a great driver and a gentleman (at the moment when the tour ended, it was raining and he was kind enough to give us an umbrella as a token of appreciation). My wife and I felt secure, very pampered. The whole tour flew by, for we were having so much fun. Unlike other tour guides, when presented with the challenge of seeing things that are not the usual path, Berenice had a plethora of different options to see that were not "the tourist" things to see. They both had a great knowledge of the city and told us many fun, intriguing, and engaging stories about buildings, celebrities, factoids, and history bits. We explored Central park, mid town, wall street (yes, the fearless girl), and finished our tour at Dumbo.
When you come to the city, they are your best bet to get to see, to know, and to have so much fun and love driving around.

Best New York Tours really is The BEST! - Best New York City Tours really is the BEST! We were in town for
My daughter's wedding and several family members who had never been to NYC wanted to do a tour. I have done several tours and come to NYC all the time. However I would say this tour company is the best one I have tried. Sheldon was so knowledgeable and very engaging to listen to. I thought I knew a lot about the city until I went in this tour. I really learned a lot more. Our tour guide Sheldon was also very good at keeping the children we had with us interested. The tour company worked with us to fit as much into our tour on our limited schedule. Since we had the wedding rehearsal that evening we opted for the four hour tour. I learned and saw a lot in those four hours. I could have stayed for another four if we had time! We saw many of the traditional sites such as Empire State Building Ground zero etc. but also saw several lesser known places such as. France's Tavern. Sheldon will work with you on a schedule that fits your needs. He was also very accompanying when we kept add to our numbers and changing our times. Also the tour van picked us and dropped us off at our hotel so we didn't have to use subway or taxi to get into city! Don't hesitate to give them a call. I think you will be glad you did.

Great Great Great Tour! Thank you Sheldon - I called and spoke with Sheldon with Best New York Tours before booking. After that conversation I was convinced that's who we wanted to see New York with....and he did not disappoint. Our driver was Gee and Sheldon was our personal guide. A private tour, took his time, asked where we wanted to go and then we let him take over. Not a worry in the world but to sit back and enjoy the ride. Honestly this was the highlight of our trip!

Don’t forget to hold on to your jaw! - We felt so fancy when Gee pulled up in his Black SUV and took us all around town! Having a 7 year old minimal walking was key! He couldn’t have been more patient with my daughter and he messy eating in his car. Sheldon was the most knowledgeable, whitty and insightful tour guide we have ever had! We love private tours like this. He made it all about what we wanted to see, kept us engaged, even the 7year old. We were picking our jaws up off the ground and giggling all day at the sights and stories!
Not to mention Sheldon instill confidence in 3 Indiana girls that were scared to take the subway… we ended up doing it multiple times alone!
