Perfect. 10/10 Experience. - The best part of our whole trip. The boat (ship?) was decorated beautifully, the buffet was delicious, and all of the staff were kind and so helpful. I use a wheelchair and they had no issues accommodating me.

Beautiful lunch cruise - food was good, I would have liked more variety in the flavor profiles. A tad disappointed a lot of the ship was inaccessible to us. Maybe weather related as we were not allowed on upper deck. Staff was great Cabin warm.

Smooth sailing - We enjoyed this tour. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant, food was great, the DJ did a great job even got on the dance floor and dance with us, so if you're considering going please do. We will do it again if we ever come back to New York!

Great experience - Wow great experience! Such a fun way to see the city, food and drinks were great, and the crew was awesome. The ship did rock quite more than I was expecting but never felt ill

Excellent Brunch! - We try to go on a City Cruise once a year and we have done many. This one, though stands out from the rest. I use a cane the time we boarded and the crew helped me up the ramp. The gentleman checked us in and gave us a window seat. Our server, can't remember her name but it started with a K was exceptional. We felt like we had royal treatment from beginning to end. The server even helped me bring my plate to our table. We did the signature brunch and it was excellent. I cannot express how much we loved this brunch cruise!

New York lunch cruise - I would rate the experience a 4 out 5. Good food and service. We experience overcast and slightly high winds for the cruise. The ship was still stable enough to move around and also experience deck view. The crew hostess is well informed about different land marks along the waterline.

Our Lunch Cruise Experience. - All of the staff was friendly & accommodating from arrival onto the dock. Upon boarding, there was a faint & unplesant "mildew" smell while we walked onto the boat. Our table waitress was extremely nice & attentive, she was just busy, so it took a while for us to receive drink orders. The food buffet was not good. The food lacked flavor & our choices were mid & avrage. We hoped for something a bit more "special" & food that was more tasty & fun.
I will look for future cruises where I can review the menu before buying the trip.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience & would reccomended it to others.

Disappointed - Lost $500 for 4 guests. We missed the boat but tried to call beforehand to reschedule but couldn’t reach nobody. Representative tried to admin ticket time from 12- 12:45pm but charged my card for the wrong location

This lunch cruise disappointed in so many ways. - Very disappointed with this buffet lunch cruise. Took the cruise on 7/6/25. We arrived early with other passengers. There was no place to sit and wait for the cruise boat to arrive, except stand in the hot July sun. The "buffet" was to say the least, inadequate. I paid $250 for 2 people for this lunch cruise. The selection was limited to chicken, pork and small pieces of salmon, tiny mixed potatoes which were cold and dry. There was pasta and yellow corn which were cold and sticky. Overall, the "hot" buffet was cold, the salad limited to mixed greens and desert was tiny square pieces of cheese cake and pound cake. No mixed fruit as advised in the menu. The servers were friendly and attentive and the views of nyc and statute of liberty never fail to awe. The cruise did not hit all the sites as advertised - did not make it to the Brooklyn Bridge.
The music could have been turned down for the lunch and a few umbrellas on the top viewing deck would have made sight seeing a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
