Excellent Night Tour of NY - Our tour director, Michae, was AMAZING!! Entertaining, fun and interactive! Would highly recommend for a great nighttime view of the city, Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges! We had so much fun!! Thank you!

Open top bus tour - Michael was funny and informative. Great voice and cheeky humor. It was cold and he made the best of the situation and a good sport!

The tour started 30... - The tour started 30 minutes late. The “live” entertainment person did not have a microphone so he could not be heard.

Terrible Audio, dirty windows, and uncaring customer service - I waited to write this review until I finally gave up on getting a fair resolution for my concerns. I sent this to TopView January 24th. "On our first ever trip to New York City, we bought two 48 hour Discover(?) tours through the concierge at Wyndham Midtown 45 on January 22nd. We paid $232 for Hop On Hop Off New York Bus Tours (Downtown & Uptown), Statue of Liberty Cruise, NYC Night Tour, Brooklyn Tour, and Bike Rental. We boarded the Downtown bus at stop 3 on the 22nd at approx. 10:30. The audio was off by about two blocks so we missed every site but one. We accidentally saw and could identify the Stock Exchange because I saw the bull sculpture. With the audio being off and sparse, we started counting stops to try to figure out which buildings were where. When we boarded the Uptown bus there was one site identified the rest of the audio consisted of music. We were back to counting stops. It was cold outside so initially we sat downstairs until we realized the view was awful due to the screens on the windows that obscured it. We went upstairs until we went to the Uptown bus. We travel often and usually ride The BIG Red Bus. We have always enjoyed it. When they cancelled due to weather, our concierge asured us Topview would be as good or better. I am sorry to say we did not have that experience. We were so unhappy with the experience that we did not bother to ride the 2nd day or use any of the other tickets. We would like a full refund. Or if you believe our experience was not representative of the best Topview usually offers due to the weather, a full credit to be used when we return to NYC within a year so we can make that decision for our selves when we return with our family group. The Wyndham concierge said she would also be contacting you about our experience". Today I saw their response again and all of the disappointment I felt during our experience with this company came back in a rush. We have been on hop-on hop-off bus tours like this in multiple different countries and may different cities. TopView's was the worst we have ever been on in one of the most exciting cities in the world. Buyer's beware.

So disappointed - We paid for the live entertainment but their was no entertainer available. Our tour was scheduled for 6pm we got on the bus at 8pm. These tour busses need a special lane to avoid traffic
