Highly Recommend Kate - We had our engagement photo shoot with Kate at the beginning of January 2026, and the photos truly mean the world to us. These pictures will hold memories for a lifetime and capture one of the most important milestones of our lives — and I genuinely could not have imagined a better photographer than Kate for that. I am usually very uncomfortable in front of a camera, but Kate made me feel so at ease that I honestly forgot we were in NYC, surrounded by thousands of people. Her calm, warm presence made the entire experience feel natural and fun rather than staged or awkward. She is incredibly detail-oriented, gently giving feedback when hair, hands, or posture looked a bit off, and she came prepared with what felt like a million creative photo ideas. On top of that, she knew exactly where to find the most beautiful spots. We are beyond grateful for her talent, professionalism, and the care she put into our shoot. If you’re looking for someone who will make you feel comfortable while creating stunning, meaningful images — Kate is the one. ✨

Professional and Fun - We had an awesome experience! We did my shy daughter’s graduation photos and the photographer Jane made her feel very relaxed. I gave her some ideas for what my daughter wanted and she executed it so well! Super happy to have done this! Highly recommend it!

16 YEARS CAPTURED BEHIND THE LENS - The photographer was very gracious. Even though we have no photo shoot experience, she made us feel comfortable. I do not like taking pictures, but was okay with her and her work. 16 years of marriage was celebrated well. The experience was AMAZING to say the least!

Day-of great. Pre-event logistics were stressful. - My day-of experience with Jane was great. She was on-time and knowledgable and I'm excited to see the pictures that she captured. However, the experience with the company trying to organize the day-of interaction was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. They requested the same information from me three times but passed none of it on to the photographer I was assigned. I had invested in this service because I was giving a Keynote Presentation and wanted some great pictures of me in my milestone moment. The lack of communication or clarity from The Photo Experience and the very last-minute nature of assigning me a photographer (who had none of the info I'd given her employer) 1 business day before my event added stress that could have been avoided. Jane was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend her and work with her again, but just a heads up that the scheduling happens very last minute so be prepared for that!
