Our day trip starts with meeting your tour guide at the departure point in Times Square, Manhattan, at 11:30 PM. You’ll travel in a comfortable motor coach with a bilingual tour guide (Spanish and English). The travel time is approximately 7 hours each way, with one rest stop in each direction. During your visit, you’ll have the chance to learn more about these incredible waterfalls and enjoy views from various vantage points. You can choose from several lunch spots on Goat Island, visit souvenir shops, and have additional time to explore or engage in other activities of interest. At 2:00 PM, we will begin boarding the motor coach for the return trip to NYC, with an expected arrival time between 10:00 PM and midnight.
Stop At: Goat Island, where we will see the Bridal Veil Falls.

Great trip! - Maria Clara was a great host , she accommodated both English and Spanish speaking customers and explained everything thoroughly.
Despite the lengthy journey, the overnight travel went quickly with enough time between stops.
Niagra falls were incredible and I would thoroughly recommend the maid of the mist tour despite being an extra charge ($30)
Everyone should to this trip!

Our Niagara Falls experience. - It is an amazing experience even in spring time, however like we found out the river is still frozen in April so we could not do "The Maid of the Mist" boat ride. That's ok you can still the "Winds of the Caves", and thar is an elevator ride down so you can experience the falls from below. It was cold today even though it was spring. On the way there it was snowing and was 1 degree Celsius. Yes it was cold, but I am pretty sure every one on the tour enjoyed it. A special mention to Amy our host and Horhe our driver (Sorry I don't think I spelt there names correctly).

Fantastic tour to an incredible place! - April may not be the best time to visit the Falls, but it was absolutely stunning and our tour-guide, Amy, made the trip incredible.

Niagara falls is amazing.the views are magical - The trip was very good...
Tour guide and coach driver were excellent
The problem was the coach was very crowded...too many seats...it would have been better if coach had less seats and more leg room..when your travelling on such a long journey you need room to move and not having enough leg room and travelling through the night makes it uncomfortable and tired

⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The experience is beautiful! Very beautiful and fun boat! As for the Clara girl who played us as a guide, I didn’t like her very much because when she gave the information, she mixed the languages, she didn’t wait for the group to give the information seeing that they were coming. They also took 30 minutes to arrive at the pick-up point, failed to notify or replenish the time. Then the guide demanded to be punctual to her schedule. I would think twice about taking the tour again with this agency.

You need to hire new people who can make better reservations and not cancel last minute! - searched for my review, but it had been removed. I was furious since they abruptly cancelled our trip and the very next day, they called me on my phone to inquire about our whereabouts, as they were waiting for us at the meeting spot. We already had our day planned for the Niagara Falls, then they cancelled without warning, wasting an entire day of our time doing nothing. This was quite unprofessional. Both the bus driver and the tour guide were pleasant. Simply put, we weren't pleased with the way the reservation was handled. Don't let them do the same to you!
