Mixed review - We attended the day trip on Monday 29th September and would review the trip separately ! The bus itself is very uncomfortable which did make the journey difficult and at sometimes unpleasant, but once we arrived in Niagara it was incredible and our tour guide was amazing Brian, he was so funny, knowledgeable and catered to everyone’s needs and always checked in with everyone throughout the tour. Overall would recommend it’s a once in a lifetime trip but a nicer bus would be nice ! Bus journey 3/10 Niagara tour 10/10

Amazing day out ! - First, you need to know this is a 23 hour trip. Seven hours there and seven back ! But it's well worth it. I had about 5 hours there. The scenery it simply stunning, and the Maid of the Mist boat ride is exhilarating. Our tour guide, Brian, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and informative while and a great sense of humour to his four hour walking tour. It's well worth the cost. But, make sure your are ready for a long coach ride. There are regular stops along the way but the food options are limited.

The experience was good.... - The experience was good. The buses were clean but could have provided better information on the bus number and contact information because at the pickup point, many buses arrive and we’re confused which bus to get on to.

Great Experience...must visit! - Great Experience...must visit! Our tour guide Bryan was funny & knowledgeable. The bus driver was humble and helpful. Only downside was that bus was old and there were no windows so there was a time when i felt a little suffocated apart from that eveything in this tour was good and well coordinated

Overall - enjoyed the... - Overall - enjoyed the tour and so glad I went. Bus drivers were courteous and professional and I appreciated that they stopped about every 2 hours. The food choices on the drive are not great (fast food/convenience store). Brian - the tour guide - was absolutely awesome and he gave a great walking tour of the falls. The Maid of the Mist boat tour was absolutely incredible. The fireworks were a nice way to end the evening. However, the bus ride was brutal especially on the way back as you are tired and trying to sleep and it’s difficult. While the bus is adequate, it rides rough and the seats are not great especially after several hours. They are definitely not conducive to sleep. Would I do this tour again? Probably not unless I knew the accommodations were better. But it was a good value for my first time to the falls and I’m glad I made the time while I was in NYC. I would recommend if you have never been and have the time (it’s about 24 hours total). Just be prepared for a possible lack of sleep and schedule a massage the next day!

Enjoyed it. Hard on the body if you're over 50. Lol - It'll never be 'excellent' rated just because of the long commute there and back but it sure was very good. The drivers were great and Bryan was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Nelson one of our drivers was great. Friendly and really engaged with us. There were enough breaks in the journey to go to the bathroom and grab a bite and to allow the drivers to rotate, but every time you stop it adds time to each ride. One last thing about the bus, it's relatively comfortable. There is no wifi and you'll need a USB-A adaptor if your cord is USB-C to charge your device. Plus, you'll need a long cord. 1m or longer. The USB ports are above your head your head in the ceiling and if your cord is short you'll be stuck holding it while it's plugged in. As for Niagra, it's a rush. There's lots of walking, some free time after the tour and before the fireworks at 10pm. Must do the Maid of the Mist. Recommend doing Cabe of the Winds. You will get wet! Overall I'd do it again but maybe over two day as it's such a tough long haul drive there and back inside 24hours.

Must must do trip if you have only 1 day for Niagara falls - A must must visit tour when in NYC. If you have only 1 day for Niagara falls then go for this. It's almost 22-24 hours (14-16 hrs in bus & 6-8 hrs at Niagara falls) tour but it's worth it. 1) Bus is not fancy but decent seats to manage 14-16 hours of travel. Don't expect too much comfort 2) Pickup time can change in last 24-48 hrs, it happened with me twice but this time was lucky as rescheduled time was within my reach & was able to agree to rescheduled time (last time had to cancel as I had other plan) 3) Bus stops every 2 hrs for toilet breakup & will also stop for breakfast/lunch (at ur own cost) if it starts in morning, in our case it was morning trip & not started at 1130pm in night 4) Post reaching, immediately they took us for Maid of Mist tour (few people purchased ticket there itself, didn't found much difference in cost, so make your choice) & this is the best part of tour. SO DON't MISS MAID OF MIST at all, this is the most fun 5) Post boat tour, we went on guided tour of Falls for about 2-3 hrs and it was all walking tour for approx 4-5 km. Our guide BRYAN was awesome & provided some very interesting facts & history 6) CAVE of WINDS was not included in tour but can be done by skipping some part of guided walk tour. Please note you will get very wet & you need to do it fast like within 1 hr & may have to take quick food instead of relaxing a bit. 7) If not doing CAVE of WINDS, they you will have decent 2 hrs to relax dine & shop before you go for fireworks show 8) Due to our morning start, firework show was possible which starts 10PM for 5 minutes, its nothing too great but good to see if your there 9) 1020PM we started & reached hotel at 6AM. Again couple of stops for toilet & stretch It was all in all a very good tour and drivers/guide were awesome. Only 2 things due to which I slashed 1 point > Time - it runs very tight & due to this only 1 person decided to do Cave of Winds, if we can add 2 hrs more to schedule, I don't think anyone would mind > Bus - making seats little more comfortable & have better slide down will make trip more good

Niagara Falls Half-Day Tour - The Falls are breathtaking, but there's a lot of walking with stairs on this tour. There is a hop on and hop off trolley. Would recommend that Seniors, children, and wheelchairs use the trolley to go thru the grounds. Time at the Falls is short for the price of the tour. Maid of the Mist is included, but Cave of the Winds is an extra cost, and ur not given enuf time to do it. The mature Driver is skilled, the Tour Guide is knowledgeable, but rushed us from spot to spot.

Terrible trip - Unfortunately, the journey was disastrous. After two hours of travel, the driver announced that the bus had broken down and that we were returning to New York. After a few minutes, he said we would continue, but at a much slower pace. We finally arrived in Niagara Falls with a two-hour delay. Everything was fine once we arrived and the journey went smoothly. The bus was generally old, the seats were faulty, and the sound system was terrible.
