Amazing way to see the park! - Fabulous experience with the beautiful “Charlie Brown”. A really memorable way to see the park. We would highly recommend.

Great experience - What a fun experience! It was a great way to see the highlights of central park after a long day of walking around the city. We went at night so it was very romantic but if you want to see the park you probably should get a time during the day. Our driver was super friendly and had a great sense of humor.

Great time, peaceful, relaxing and fun. - We only had a short time in NY City so I booked the 25 minute tour. It was a great little sample of Central Park. If I had more time I’d do a longer tour. It was fun and peaceful and relaxing. It started raining. Our driver asked if we wanted the carriage cover on, so he put the cover up. He let me feed the horse a carrot afterwards. Very nice and friendly and helpful.

Fun Time - Super fun! Funny tour guide. Park is beautiful. Buggy clean; horse seemed well taken care of. No issues. Highly recommend.

Romantic way to see New York - This is the charming way to see New York from a slower, more romantic perspective. As the horses trot along winding parts, passengers enjoy views of historic bridges, tranquil lakes, and lush greenery, all framed by skyline. It's classic experience.

Still a great experience! - Unfortunately we didn’t get to participate in this excursion however whenever I spoke to frank he was very helpful in trying to reschedule a booking for me and my family, although the weather didn’t cool off, he was very courteous and guaranteed a full refund, I fully respect the fact that he put the horses welfare and safety over any money which a lot of people wouldn’t of done and I wish him and his father nothing but the best and lots of success in the future and hopefully the next time we’re in the big apple we’ll have the pleasure of going on one of these rides!

A perfect end to our NYC adventure - I have long wanted to take this experience, and it did not disappoint. Our driver, Tommy, was informative, courteous and kind. I bit expensive, but well worth the price!

Was disappointed - First time to New York and chose going on carriage ride over going to a play. Wrong choice! Wasn’t clear where to meet exactly then we found her. We don’t remember her name, but she was looking at her phone pretty much the whole time. Thought maybe she was new so looking at notes but then she said she had been doing this for 13 years? Not worth the price. What happened to getting to feed Oreo a carrot? I’ve always wanted to do a carriage ride, but so disappointing.

Disappointing, do not book - I thought paying extra and reserving up front would guarantee us a good experience. Turns out other horse carriages are cheaper, and these guys (we booked 2 carriages) didn’t even do 20 minutes. When I told our guy we have another 5-7min left he reluctantly did another short route. The other carriage didn’t. The other carriage guy also didn’t tell tour guide facts to the people sitting there, but was apparently always on his phone dealing with other clients. The photo stop was very brief and it was not the best view or photos.

Very Disappointing Experience - I do not recommend the horse carriage ride in Central Park, especially in bad weather. Today it was raining, and they still forced the horses to work in poor conditions. The horses looked tired and wet — it felt like animal abuse. On top of that, the ride was uncomfortable, rushed, and overpriced. I expected a peaceful and enjoyable experience, but it turned out to be stressful and sad. Please think twice before supporting this.
