Mac made it a great ride! - Our Central Park pedicab ride was easily one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we hopped in, our driver, Mac, made us feel completely at ease with his warm personality and great sense of humor. What really stood out, though, was how knowledgeable he was—he didn’t just pedal us around, he brought the park to life. As we rode through the beautiful scenery, Mac pointed out famous landmarks, shared interesting history, and even gave us little-known facts we would have never discovered on our own. He knew exactly where to stop for the best photo opportunities and made sure we had time to take it all in without feeling rushed. The ride itself was smooth and relaxing, which was perfect after a long day of walking. It felt like a personalized tour rather than just transportation. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he does, and that energy made the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting Central Park, I highly recommend doing a pedicab tour—especially if you get a driver like Mac. Friendly, informative, and unforgettable!

Cool and romantic experience. - Me and my fiancee decided to take the pedicab tour. It was amazing experience. We had really good time around central park and our driver was so funny and knowledgeable about the park. The whole trip was at reasonable price not like the other pedicab tours that they ripping off tourists at 5-7$ per minute. Very nice job Central Park tours, looking forward for more pedicab tours!!!

Whooooa! - Super funny tour guide with a great sense of humor. It was a 1 hour tour of the park on a pedicab/rickshaw. Dave was phenomenal. I will definitely look for him next time in New York

Fantastic tour guide - I am so delighted with the service of this company. Everything was so easy from the start. We made our reservations online. They contacted us and gave us information about everything in the tour. Our tour guide (Zdravko) was waiting for us in the exact place and time that was described. Zdravko was so friendly and really knowledgeable. He was a lot of fun and I really want to thanks him for our tour. I highly recommend this guide tour.

Definitely the highlight of our visit to New York - I reserved a pedicab tour on their website a week before arriving to New York. Although a bit sceptical because we prefer to walk inside the park this tour was a great combination of everything! We learned a lot about the history of Central Park at the same time our guides kept the tour entertaining and definitely not boring! Also, there was at least 3-4 places where we were allowed to get out of the pedicab and explore on foot. This is definitely the best part of the tour. Make sure you book in advance, they were busy.

Great Morning In Central Park - We absolutely recommend the pedi-cab tour of Central Park! Especially if you can have Tam as your driver/guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, fun, just a great guide! He met us at the Bike Rental Shop (it was a little hard to find, be persistent) and introduced us to each element of the Park -- we stopped just the right number of times, Tam took photos of us that are post-card-worthy! He had inside info, all the dates, celebrity sightings, and he let us wander sometimes. Central Park is really extraordinary -- so interesting, so much history, so serene inside that crazy city! It truly was a great way to spend two hours!

Saturday tour - Set up your via TripAdvisor email verification said there would be a time emailed to us for our Sat your. We received nothing. I called the number and the lady said just show up there’s always a cab. So we showed up at 1pm the guy said we should of requested a time because they were really busy and we would have to wait 1.5hrs. I let him know I tried to get a time but was told to show up. He worked hard and got us a pedi lined up and said “he’s one of our best drivers” then when he took us out to meet him he asked him his name? Typical BS. Anyway we had a good tour guide a bit hard to understand but knowledgeable.

Company was ‘No Show!’ - Tour company was a ‘no show’! Booked a Sunday pedicab tour. No sign of company at the meeting location provided. Company didn’t respond to phone call or text - never heard from them. At least Viator was quick w/refund. Really wanted to take the tour, but wanted to work with a reputable company.
