• If flight and hotel information were not provided at the time of booking, you MUST contact us to supply these details, quoting your reference number. Without this information, no transfer service will be arranged.
• My Sedan offers a dependable transfer service 24/7. If you have any difficulty locating your driver at the departure point, please call My Sedan’s 24-hour Call Center. The My Sedan agent will remain on the line until you and your driver are connected. Failure to follow these steps may result in the cancellation of your transfer, and refunds will not be issued.
• Each traveler is permitted a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions. Please check with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Surcharges will apply for multiple pickups in Manhattan.
