Fantastic Tour - Incredible tour of the iconic Radio City Music Hall. Walked in and was able to join a tour right away, the smaller the tour group the better. Got to see some behind the scenes things and enter into the hall from the 3rd Mezzanine. Our guide Stephen S was very knowledgeable and had amazing energy throughout the tour.

Interesting and informative tour - We have been to NYC many times but never gone to a show at Radio City. We were intrigued after seeing this Radio City experience advertised and did the one hour tour. There was one other couple in our group so we pretty much had the run of the place. Our guide was a well informed lady who talked about so many of the interesting aspects of Radio City, including how in the late 1970’s, it came within a few weeks of being torn down! The tour goes through the entire building including the amazing Art Deco men’s and women’s restrooms! There are art works throughout the building including real gold wall paper and other real gold fixtures. Even the various carpet choices are fascinating! While we were touring, we saw a man using a sewing machine in order to replace some carpeting! And the pinnacle of the tour took us to the areas where the Rockettes practice, as well as peaks of some of their costumes. There even was a stop to see and ask questions of a current Rockette who was wearing a Christmas costume! If you love Art Deco, and are a history buff, give this tour a try. You will not be disappointed!

Good time - That was great. The guide in English but very nice. This is one of the visits we would have never made without the pass.

Rockettes Christmas Spectacular - An amazing experience, and one I am likely to repeat. The venue was stunning, the show was magnificent and the assistance of staff was clear and precise and assisted in minimum time waste.

Combine with seeing a show... - I had really enjoyed the Rockettes Christmas show the previous night so maybe a little afterglow, so this was a fun add-on. Interesting. One hour for $29 not bad.

take the tour! - we had hoped to see the Rockettes, but it was sold out, but frankly having the tour should be required for anyone. Todd was very knowledgeable and engaging, even funny knowing the inside story and getting to see the Rockettes from the VIP room was fun. I think the only confusing part for me is the tickets at 10:30 to 2:00, and the tour is really only about an hour.

Worth the Price and Time - Loved seeing behind the scenes at Rockefeller Center. Guide was excellent, learned about the planning of Center, all of the unique things required to make it an exceptional theatre. Got to hear from a Rockette and ask her questions about her job. Totally worth the price and time.

Great to see before the show - The tour was fun. Even for my 10 and 13 year old. Great history great learning about the show before you see the show. Showed up a bit early and had a good size crowd. Beautiful landmark in nyc.

Heads up for those with mobility issues & parents of young kids - We encountered a bit of an unfortunate situation during our tour. My dad booked for our whole family, including my 2 year old. Despite it saying that it’s both stroller and wheelchair accessible, I’d like to advocate for fellow parents and those with mobility issues that it truly is not. Our tour guide tried to accommodate us but many of the spaces toured do not have room for a stroller or wheelchair, and us being accommodated via elevator was highly disruptive to the tour. We ended up stepping out about 20 minutes in and sitting in the lounge until our family finished. Overall, no harm no foul, but wanted to be clear that it’s not truly accessible.
