⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Way to See So Much in One Day - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Way to See So Much in One Day We did the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and 9/11 Memorial Guided Tour, and it was a great way to see so many of New York’s most important landmarks in one go. The whole experience was really well organised, and our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories and facts that really brought everything to life. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close was amazing, and Ellis Island was incredibly moving and fascinating – so much history in one place. The 9/11 Memorial was, of course, very emotional and powerful. Having a guide to explain the background and significance made it even more meaningful and respectful. It is a very long day, so definitely wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a lot of walking – but it’s absolutely worth it for how much you get to see and experience. Overall, this tour is a brilliant way to cover a lot of key sights in a short time, and we’re really glad we did it. Highly recommended if you want to make the most of your time in NYC.

Great Tour! - Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The activities ran smoothly and there were no problems. Definitely recommend this tour if you’re new to the city and want to see these highlights. The only drawback was how long it took. It was cold when we went and we could have spent less time at each place. I was expecting 5 hours, it went over 6.

Not worth the money. - Our tour guide was nice but seemed to be in a rush the entire time. We got an hour at the Statue of Liberty. This basically gave us enough time to go through the museum and the gift shop. We didn't go to the Statue. We got less than 45 min at Ellis Island. We spent the entire time looking up my family's immigration records and didnt have time to see anything else. When we got there, she told us if you hurry you can go upstairs and watch the video. It starts in 4 min. We took the subway to the 9/11 memorial. Where we walked around for maybe another half hour or so before she said ok, thats the end of the tour. Do you guys know how to get to where you need to go? I looked at the time, it was a little after 1. We paid for a 5 hour tour. Got rushed through and she did it in 4. I could've done all this on our own and not paid to be rushed through.

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island - We arrived a few minutes early, prior to 11:15, which was listed as the arrival time, at the designated location. We were greeted by a company representative. The tour guide was not there when we arrived, but did so only give minutes prior to departure time, 11:30. It would have been better had she arrived when we did because she was rushed us the moment she arrived. She told me I needed to either throw the coffee I was drinking or drink it quickly. The guide then rushed out of the meeting location ahead of us. In fact the company representative who greeted us yelled for her to wait for us. She did but repeated several times we needed to hurry up so we wouldn't miss the ferry. She did take my coffee and put it in one of her plastic bags. At security, she again rushed us, and told me just to carry my jacket, belt, Cell phone, and wallet to the belt rather than allow me to "redress." I may add temperature was below 32 degrees. We arrived ar the boat five minutes prior to departure time. Her oral presentation was "rapid fire." It's too bad she acted in this manner as some if the info she verbalize was very good. She left us upon arrival at Ellis Island. There was no tour of the 911 Memorial as was advertised. We enjoyed very much the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Terrible Experience – Do Not Book with This Company - This tour was an absolute nightmare. I booked this tour in advance, but the guide never showed up at the scheduled time. For the record, I arrived 20 minutes before the meeting time and waited until 30 minutes after the scheduled start. I was there the entire time. When I requested a refund later, the tour company claimed, "The guide was at the meeting point; you were the one who didn't show up." This is completely false. I have proof of our message history (where they ignored my texts) and timestamped photos of the location. The tour fee was by no means cheap, and I still have not received my money back. I am writing this to strongly warn everyone: do not book with this company if you want to avoid a similar experience. If I eventually receive a refund, I will post an update here. In the meantime, please be careful so you don't ruin your precious vacation.
