Book this tour! - Our tour guide, Gail, was phenomenal! She kept track of all of us, and she was so knowledgeable. She knows NYC! She even made the extra effort to get us on the subway to get us back to our hotel.

Must do tour while in NY. - Leanne L was one of the best tour guides we have had worldwide. She is amazingly passionate,
funny, knowledgeable and at times made you feel you were actually experiencing Ellis Island in the 1900’, we wished it was a longer tour.

Knowledgeable Nina - Nina was informational ,thorough and super knowledgeable. She explained each facet of the tour. She remembered each of the group and the solo person. I would always choose Nina.

Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, 9/11. - The tour guide had extensive knowledge of New York City. She was very flexible, she allowed us to go down Wall Street and see the New York Stock Exchange.

Nina the tour guide was awesome! - Experience was great. We had Nina as our tour guide and she was great as well. After the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island she walked us to the 9/11 memorial and told us a little history of the city on the walk as well. 10/10 tour, if you can choose Nina as your guide, you should!

Reading is key - Although we had a good day, we didn’t understand that ‘fully escorted’ did not mean ‘guided’. Silly us. So we saw the sights, and had a super friendly escort, but we went away feeling short changed, and not having learned as much about the famous places as hoped.

Good but crowded - Tour was worth it and guide Leanne was very knowledgeable. Easy meet-up location. Only complaint was WAY too many people were booked on our tour. Would not suggest this tour if you have mobility issues or difficulty standing/walking for any duration. The extra 9/11 memorial tour was not necessary and could have just as easily been done on our own. Note: if you hope to do Ellis Island “research” while there, you won’t have enough time. You have to reserve a space for a fee and tour stop is only about 30 minutes. However, the staff said it was easier done on-line via the historical family research site anyway. Overall, we enjoyed seeing the sites.

Great tour, great tour guide. - Our tour guide was great! She helped navigate a large group of people around parts of the city (including some of us small town folk) with ease and true New York style. She gave a lot of interesting historical commentary and was friendly and helpful. The gentleman checking in the tour groups was friendly and welcoming as well. We enjoyed our tour immensely. Highly recommend.

To flee!!!! - A nice scam!!! To flee... I was surprised to reserve a full day at a very expensive price for my spouse heading to the Statue of Liberty, Elis Island to end up at the 9/11 memorial with admission to the museum. And all with a guide speaking French. We received a confirmation the day before for an appointment at 9am the next morning but no one came... Another guide on site allowed us to talk to his boss who asked us to come back at 11am saying that we had not booked this tour (confirmation but dishonest) and there a guide speaking French had to wait for us except that instead we left with an Anglophone group, my spouse did not understand anything. To date, I ask for a refund but no one answers it has been 15 days now, it is not at all professional!!!
