- Statue Reserve Ticket Pre-ferry: Upgrade to include a pre-ferry orientation tour, multilingual audio tours, and priority boarding for the ferry.
- Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Guided Tour: Upgrade further to include an expert local guide on the ferry and around Liberty Island and Ellis Island
- Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island & 9/11 Memorial Guided Tour: Experience the most comprehensive tour with guidance around the 9/11 Memorial, Ground Zero, and Wall St.
- Audio tours are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Russian and Arabic.
- Family friendly audio tours designed for children ages 6-10 are also available in the same languages.
- A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no open containers, alcohol, weapons, large bags, luggage or scooters are allowed.

24 State Street is also known as One Battery Park Plaza. The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth as they will not have your tickets.

Be prepared for alot of... - Be prepared for alot of walking and standing. Depending upon the weather, make sure you stay hydrated

Staten and Ellis Island Trip - Ferry trip to Staten Island and Ellis Island.
The islands were great and our guide Sami Matar was very knowledgable and friendly.
The ferry back from Ellis island at 4.30 pm was always full, as it came from Staten Island, it was also very hot. In the end they had to send an empty ferry to pick us all up. This needs to be reviewed by the ferry company.

Great tour package - Our tour guide Vivian was very cheerful and told us important details about every site that we visited and gave us plenty of time to explore them. The last site visited was the 9/11 Memorial where it was just me and wife with Vivian. Vivian explained some cool details about some historic buildings along the way from Battery Park to the 9/11 Memorial and even gave us time to have lunch at a famous bagel store in NYC. Highly recommended package for first-timers to the area!

Senior. - You need to protect yourself from the sun in the summer and be careful. Find out about the museums' opening hours in advance and buy a full service package. This way you can save time and see more. Very nice guide.

Overall a good visit. Wonderful tour guide. Ridiculously long lines and not enough ferries in service. - Tour guide was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and nice and kept the group engaged. But the lines for the ferry were ridiculous. It took three boats to come and go before we could board at Ellis Island and get back to New York. We were towards the front of the line and it still took three boats.

Ok - Booking was easy. Gave clear instructions on how to meet up. Our tour guide was not very informative, we could barely hear him when he did speak. A microphone or megaphone would be great to incorporate in your tour experience. He also left us and we ended up just walking around on our own.

Do Not Recommend - This was possibly the worst part of our trip. We had a difficult time finding our guide. The only direction we were given was to stand in front of Starbucks. There were other groups there and we almost left with the wrong group because our guide didn’t really clarify who needed to go where. We couldn’t hear the guide for most of the instructions because it was loud around us. When we got to our first stop he told us to meet back at 2:10, but when we got there he was nowhere to be found. There were two other families in the group that got left behind as well. When I called to see what was going on they said they could not get in touch with our guide and we would have to find our own way back. When I tried to get more information they hung up on me. We were so frustrated and exhausted after trying to figure everything out that we didn’t even go to Ellis Island even though we paid for both. It was a truly horrendous experience and the worst part is that it was my kids first time to the Statue of Liberty and it was very disappointing.
