Up Close and Personal - Our tour was on one of our coldest days in NY. The blue skies belied the wind chill factor on the islands, which certainly adding to the tour's "atmosphere". Ben is an enthusiastic guide. His stories were interesting and interactive and there was plenty of time for photos. Recommended.

Great tour, glad I chose it! - The tour went very smoothly. Our guide, Joseph, was great! He shared a lot of interesting information in an engaging way; there was never a dull moment. He looked after us (a group of 20 or so) very well amidst the crowd - a good shepherd caring for his flock. It was a very good and satisfying experience!

Fantastic tour - Sergio was fantastic - he was clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the Statue of Liberty. The trip to Liberty island and Ellis Island were a highlight of our trip.

Go go go Joseph!! Liberty and Ellis island super tour - From the outset Joseph our guide was excellent. Great interactions with all parts of our multinational group. Engaging and able to bring the story of Liberty and Ellis islands to life!! Real great knowledge and able to take us back into the past to understand the context of what was happening when all this that we take for granted was built. Would go with him again in a heartbeat. He even got engagement from our teenage son!!

Highly recommended - We had a fabulous time with our tour guide Joseph, who's acting skills and range for accents is fantastic! Ha ha. Joseph was very informative, and really opened our eyes to the history of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We very much enjoyed it. Only reason I didn't give it five was that it was freezing cold with a strong wind , which made it tough. But that was not Joseph's fault and in fact maybe he deserves a higher rating for keeping us all interested given the conditions! I also personally loved his own takes on what the two landmarks mean to him as an adopted New Yorker.

THEY cancelled my booking! - I booked this tour months ago. They have just cancelled my booking. The tour on the date I booked is still available. Why did they accept and confirm my booking if they could not honour it? Mind you, their website states that there are not cancellations accepted. But THEY can cancel! Where are their business ethics when it comes to honouring their bookings?
