Statue of Liberty Tour - Very informative. I would recommend doing the 9/11 portion to finish off the tour right. There wasn't much time spent on Battery park. Im not sure if necessary but alittle history on it would be nice.

Great experience! - Great experience with a very passionate tour guide. Leanne Littlestone manages to literally make you “live” the places.

Statue and Ellis Island Tour - The whole experience was enjoyable Meeting the guide was easy, they were exactly where they said they would be and on time. Eric was very knowledgable about both the area and the history surrounding. The only disappointment for me was the embarking on and off the ferry which is the ferry managements problem The Statue itself is very impressive and Eric was able to give us a detailed account of its history which was very interesting. We had ample time for numerous photos of the statue and then we boarded the ferry over to Ellis Island. Eric gave us a good insight into the entry to the States all those years ago and we were able in our own time to wander and take in the majestic building Then it was all aboard the ferry back to Battery Park '

Not bad - We were able to see the statue, but the group got separated and it was basically see it on your own. I will do it differently next time.

No added value to this tour- just go on your own - Sorry but- the tour doesn’t leave the meeting place til 9- even thou everyone in our group was there. You really don’t have a different lane to board the ship- you have to nudge your way thru the crowd to follow your leader and it is awkward. The ferry finally left at 10. Vivian tried her best but hard to hear her and if your group doesn’t speak English her directions were not followed! So just buy a ferry ticket and go on your own- very little value - very little “tour”

very bad experience with service and staff - We bought services POR Viator, and the DEscripcion DE the included services, had nothing to do with what received, poor service and customer support service

First things first, did... - First things first, did not even get to do the tour. Followed instructions to meet point. Was instructed to meet in-front Starbucks 11:30am. Arrived, waited 5 mins no sign of tour guide. Went all over the place trying to locate this so called tour guide and was unable to find anyone. I was then informed that I was supposed to be there for 11am if I have the 11:30 tour but that was never specified in instructions. The customer service sucks. The people who answer the phones barely speak English. The only help they provide is to tell you “send email” after they turn around and want me to pay an extra $70 because I was “late”. Asking me to give my card info over the phone. Like who does that!?? Complete rip off and I’m sure I didn’t miss anything special on this tour. Based on this experience I Definitely would not recommend this tour.

Do not believe the add - The only thing we had from the guide was getting across the street with nonsense chit chat until he left us in the same eternal line as everyone else....the description of the tour said" skip the lines". It is a scam
