Fantastic Experience - If you are unsure , DO IT! - We had arranged a "Bucket list" trip to New York and wanted to add in some quality experiences to make it extra special. So we booked with NYC Water Cruises and took their NYC Dinner Cruise . we spent a little more for the Top Deck ( Well worth it) and then just hoped it would be a good evening. We arrived early as we were unsure of where to go, first signs werent good . There was a mass of people all celebrating on a different cruise which gave the impression we may be in the wrong place. The pier is literally just that , a pier, with very little signage and no indicators of where our cruise would start from. So after walking around a little bit and asking afew questions we found where we needed to be. At the precise time the Boat was ready and on we boarded . This was quite leisurely and very relaxed, we were directed where to go and were met by the wonderful Victoria ( Shout out to her!) who welcomed us to our table and offered us one of our prepaid drinks! ( My wife just drank coke which was free!) The starter was already laid out at the table and the look and quality was spot on! ( see pic) this was the first of 5 courses to be served during the evening. The Top Deck was spacious, with everyone being very friendly. The Cruise set off for what I can only describe as a trip that gave stunning view after view of the NYC skyline. You could move around the boat easily to get the views you wanted for the best pics! with plenty of time between the relaxed serving of the courses to mingle, chat or just sit and chill. It really was a great atmosphere , not in any small way contributed to by the excellent Band that played at the right times to make it all the more enjoyable. The cruise lasted around 3 hours , with consideration from the crew as to when to slow the boat down for the Iconic sights , which ll took on a different look as Day turned to night. One could argue that it is quite expensive, however this was a Special Trip for us and I can only say that it was worth every penny ......or cent!! When something is as good as this you have to support their business , hence this review . Thanks Victoria , thanks to all the Crew, an unforgettable experience!!

Amazing Experience - The dinner cruise was one of the best experience me and my family has had in a long time. The sights were so beautiful. They stopped in front of the Statue of Liberty for a few mins so everyone could get pictures. The food was AMAZING! They feed you a lot of food so come hungry! The band was also great. We had a great time and highly recommend this cruise!

Amazing night views from NYC - This was an amazing experience, with great food, good drinks and amazing vibes from the live band (they definitely made the experience even more pleasant). Definitely a must in your NYC visit.

Fantastic - I really didn’t expect the food and entertainment to be as good as it was it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were really amazing couldn’t do enough for us drinks wasn’t overly expensive and the views from the boat were amazing as you would expect.we took the vip package at about £40 difference and it was well worth doing. A special mention to our wateress on the evening Victoria she was a loverley young girl who did everything to make the trip as special as she could x.

Perfect evening - What a great way to experience the New York skyline at night. Lovely time and the cruise staff was top notch.

NYC dinner cruise - The cruise was fabulous! 5 course dinner was amazing. Every course was beautifully presented and…so much food we couldn’t finish…except for the dessert! Yummy. The entertainment was very good. We met several people on the trip that were very nice. But the views of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty, the bridges everything lite up has been a highlight of our trip. Very well worth the price.

An Awesome Experience - My wife and I had a wonderful experience on this cruise. The boat was not at all crowded, and the live music was perfect -- great performer, and not too loud. The food was a big surprise: we had steak and lobster, which also included a cheese plate appetizer, shrimp, dessert, etc. The staff on the boat was always helpful and cordial. Service was great. It was just a magic experience to see the sunset on the city and the night lights. Would definitely recommend this tour.

The experience is... - The experience is definitely worthwhile with staff friendly and music good but food is only mediocre and pick up badly signposted and felt dangerous when we docked due to quiet and poor lighting- a security man advised we walk a different way back. We chose the VIP option felt it was a waste of money as atmosphere better below deck and food /wine choice and quality limited.

Lack of professionalism - It was over booked didn't get on the boat . I was not able to contact anyone at the ticket agency . Just aweful for mothers day
