Super vip experience - I chose the vip experience for my daughter's birthday and she just loved it. We were first welcomed in the vip lounge with a drink and a video. Skipping the files is fabulous, especially when you have backpain issues like me . The beam and skylift are impressive. The rooftop is really one of my favourite in NY. Our guide Samantha was really a perfect host and very nice to us, explaining everything perfectly. Thanks a lot.

A not to miss VIP experience in NYC - Highly recommend the VIP tour of The Rock. Our VIP guide Jonathan was exceptional.He brought the place to life with all the history of the buildings, the Art Deco design, and the stunning wall murals. It was such a rich experience — so much more than just the views from the top albeit those are incredible too. Definitely a tour not to miss! Thank you Jonathan.

Top views and experience - Unique views and panoramic views, especially on the Skylift. DA booking did not work - ES always came with payment errors in the system we went spontaneously and have only saved more than 50$. Super friendly, helpful staff who gave lots of information. A great, if not quite cheap offer but you don't do New York as often either. I would definitely recommend ES.

Amazing Experience - Hands down the best experience in New York. Our tour guide Leo was amazing. From start to finish we were treated like VIP’s. Learnt the history. Highly recommend.

Q’s at the Rock - We had a delightful experience and James was our VIP tour guide. He was energetic, insightful, and was awesome. he was able to show us some artwork explaining the history of the building was very insightful. I think it was appreciated by all ages. He took us to top and we had a great experience overall.

My favorite NYC spot - We visited Rockefeller Center multiple times during our vacation week. So much to see & do. Amazing pictures. Must go to Top of the Rock at night for the best view of NYC.

Great views and the Skylift adds to that 💥 - Great experience with my 3 daughters. Have previously done the observation deck experience a few times but the Skylift and Beam experience passes add another perspective to the tour. Great welcome and introduction then straight into it. The deck was heaving with long queues but the VIP passes cut out all the waiting. Limited to your group makes it very personal and the extra height and views from the Skylift add to stunning skyline. Once you experience the Skylift and Beam back down for the pictures and a glass of fizz which are all included. Great night. Only reason I gave a 4 star review and not a 5 is that’s it’s over so quick.

We couldn't make the excursion. - We couldn't make the excursion because of flight delays which prevented us from arriving on time for the excursion. We could not communicate with someone to modify the experience.

Amazing Views - Great views and experience. The only reason i docked a point was that the queues for the beam experience were massive - no problem we waited for about hour and then when it was our turn he said we would have to go with someone else ! not ideal having someone random on your photo. Anyway we didn’t and the experience was great.

private Rockefeller experience - we booked due to the VIP tickets. you enter via a different and more private lounge. We had a 3rd person on our tour. you can sit for a bit and have a drink before you get a private tour all over the main Rockefeller buildings. You learn about the history and the small secrets about the buildings. You also get a great view from a private terrace they rent out for weddings. you then get a fast track up to the top floor and then the Beam experience. it is quick and you get to do pictures. they then go to the Skylift and it is fully private (except for the lift operator). the Beam and Skylift are both private and you do not have to wait. The weather was bad that day we were still able to do both. something you must pay attention to as there is no refunds. overall the tour was pretty good. Good for photos and a private experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good memorable experience in New York.
