Wonderful experience - What a wonderful experience this was! Did not expect Central Park to be so big, interesting and beautiful! Our tour guide Daniel was knowledgeable and attentive to everyone in the group (including me as the slow coach always at the back). It was truly memorable and such a great way to see the park, learn and meet new people! Thank you Daniel for facilitating this experience Nici 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Fastest Teaching Resources in NY - Best variant to move quickly through NY. Wheels top, service friendly. NY has a lot of bike tracks. That's why you get around the city quickly.

Fun, easy and informative. - We went out with Joel who was an outstanding host for the two plus hours we spent in Central Park. Lots of stops at all the significant places with Joe filling is in on all the relevant details. We even had some Shakespeare from Joel, a little bit of midsummers night dream, in which I was given permission to marry his daughter but I did feel sorry for the poor gent who was chosen as Lysander. Group attention obviously wasn’t his thing. All in all a nice couple of hours in a good eclectic mix of people and I have to admit to shedding a small tear in strawberry fields - what a gorgeous monument to the great man. Bike handout and collection was easy, the QR system worked well and because we arrived at 0830 we were able to book our tour and slip off to liberty bagels for breakfast before we headed off out. Well worth a visit.

Excellent experiece and kind staff - Jason did a wonderful job giving us the history and highlights of Central and fun exercise. He kept the group together and made sure we were always safe. The staff was great. I arrived a couple mins late and a staff person rode me up to catch up with the tour. Amazing kindness

DO NOT RENT- Your safety is not worth the risk - DO NOT RENT from this company. Their bikes are unsafe and clearly not maintained—mine broke down mid-ride, and a course marshal told me “this bike should never have been rented.” The helmets are cracked and useless, offering zero protection. No support on-site, no solutions offered—just a nightmare from start to finish. Rent elsewhere. Your safety isn't worth the risk.

Rogue? - Very poor service. We had to download an app that resulted in a black screen and a phone that stopped working. And no one who could or would help us without the app. The FIVE employees in this store were too busy with each other and looking bored, hoping the day would be over soon.

Scam - If you rent bikes with a guide, in principle everything is fine, if you just rent bikes, the scam is insured. You will have the worst bikes in stock and a definitive billing that will be higher than agreed. You may write to customer service to claim, but you won't get a response.

Amateur business - Terrible check in with 150 people in too small a space. Screaming employees. Horror. People who have a voucher via the go city app are clearly lesser customers for them. 3 employees for the tours. Occasionally an employee who curry app vouchers.

"Factory" to tourists - Home "industrial". Do not even adjust the seat height, or even offer it. First bike (exchanged): no front brake. Second bike, the gears were not moving correctly. I advise against this address (but as it is part of the Explorer pass, everyone meets at home...)
