It’s a class operation - It’s a First Class operation. The food services could use some improvement. But the facilities is historic and exceptional. We enjoyed our time.

Even though we went on a... - Even though we went on a busy Saturday night, it still felt very peaceful. So many rooms to explore and the views are just amazing. The outdoor igloos with firepits were also very relaxing. Great experience especially for the price.

Good with one complaint - It was all in all a great experience. Clean and well maintained spa. Well designed and pretty. The only complaint was the 40.00 buffet. The hot food was cold and the variety was minimal. Cold cuts and cheese and salad. Not worth the pricey cost. The spa experience could vastly improve with more options and attention paid to the buffet.

GEA staff needs to smile more - Hi Yes I am a frequent user of QCNY and this time I feel so disappointed with this time around this week. A GEA worker named Mary or Mariana was completely rude and unprofessional and was late to our class when she got there she had a very low vibrational attitude. I can tell she has a darkness in her and it ruins the spa. Other than that the whole experience was ok even though half the sauna were off. Which is no excuse to easily fix

Disappointed - We had a good experience at QC NY Spa until lunch, which completely ruined it. The buffet food (waffles, pancakes, potatoes) was ice cold and inedible, yet we were still charged $44. Service was poor, and when we asked about a refund, the manager was rude and accusatory, suggesting we should have asked staff to heat buffet food—something no guest should have to do at this price point. To make matters worse, a pool attendant was loudly using racial slurs, which was shocking and unacceptable in a luxury spa setting. Very disappointing and not worth the cost.
