Really moving experience - Really moving experience although we found the outer hall a little confusing, the full story of how the events of the day unfolded was very emotional

Once in a life time - Considerable walking involved but well worth the effort. Our guide was excellent and pointed out things we would never have noticed on our own.

Detail oriented guide, pleasant experience and got good tips for pictures. - We had a very good experience with this tour of the 911 museum. Christopher was our tour guide and he was such a good story teller and a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his narration of what happened that day and told the story as we moved along each point of interest. He further supplemented with clear pictures that he brought along so we could get a better sense of the crisis that unfolded that day. It made me feel I was there as it happened. He even gave us good tips on where to get better pictures if he didn't take those pictures of us himself. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Christopher.

A date that cannot be forgotten in the free world - This visit is a must for every visitor to NY. There are no words to describe this journey. It was surreal and above all heartbreaking. During this visit, you can read about the tragic events of September 11, 2001, and watch videos of the tragedy, as well as the heroism of all the firefighters, police officers, and citizens who helped in these efforts. In many rooms there are parts of what remains of both the building and the offices, uniforms from that day.

Incredible - Our guide, Chris, was engaging, knowledgeable, and deeply passionate about the subject. We learned so much about 9/11—far beyond what we expected. As a local who was personally affected by the attack, Chris offered a powerful and heartfelt perspective that made the experience truly unforgettable. His insight and authenticity brought the story to life in a meaningful way. Not only that, he helped us take the best pictures we have had in any tour! Highly recommended

Overall, quite hard to review? - A strange tour experience! Adam was a knowledgeable guide, but dressed in a full suit he looked completely out of place guiding us around a tourist area. Just 5mins in to the tour he literally walked away & left us to the pressure of his “friends” - hard core street sellers right by ground zero wanting $50 for guide books. The actual walking part of the tour was great and he was very knowledgeable. At the end of the tour he scans you in to the museum and then just leaves so you have no ticket to be able to do it later if you want to. Perhaps he was dashing off to his actual day job given the suit - who knows? Don’t know if I would recommend to others, despite the walk being great!
