• The Oculus - The journey begins at the Starbucks located opposite the Oculus, the world’s most costly subway station. The tour also features FDNY Captain John Jonas and his team, “the Dragon Fighters.”
• World Trade Center - The tour continues to a viewpoint of the World Trade Center Memorial Plaza. From this spot, visitors can see the entire complex, including One World Trade Center, the Reflecting Pools, and the 9/11 Museum.
• Brookfield Place - The tour moves on to the World Financial Center, where participants learn about the lesser-known Operation Aegis, the largest maritime evacuation in history, where over 500,000 civilians were rescued by various watercraft.
• Winter Garden - The next stop is the rebuilt Winter Gardens, a $60 million, 10-story glass pavilion that was damaged during the September 11th attacks. Visitors will also see the Eleven Tears Memorial, honoring the eleven American Express employees who perished that day.
• World Trade Center - The tour concludes at the new World Trade Center complex, where the guide will explain its design and construction. The guide will also discuss the mystery of the missing gold and silver reserves from Building Four, as well as the story of the Survivor Tree, highlighting its resilience and rebirth.
• The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum - After the walking tour, guests receive entry to the museum, which houses historical artifacts and personal items donated from the World Trade Center attacks. This is a self-guided tour, allowing guests to explore at their own pace until closing.
