Must do - One must visit this sobering site. The Museum is partially on the grounds of Tower 2 and some of the foundations are visible. Melted firetrucks damaged vehicles and various other artifacts of that dreadful day abound. Those who perished as a result of the terroristic acts are memorialized.

Touched from Texas - Excellent guide. Told stories of individuals. Made it personal for us even though we live in Texas. My granddaughters were touched by stories even though they were not even born when it took place.

Superb - This museum is very well done it is tasteful and classy. It is a somber and sober reminder of the events of that day . I think it would be impossible to tour that museum without experiencing great emotions. It is a fascinating collection of historical objects and it tells a story from start to finish. It has powerful images and it puts you right back on that day. The mixing in audio from that day also makes the experience more intense. Being from Nebraska it was interesting to see the location of all the events of that day. The effort to clean up that site is nothing short of monumental. Going here makes you sad; but it is an important thing to do.

This tour was not very informative... -
This tour was not very informative and I regret wasting the time. spent on this tour when it could easily be done independently. The guide concentrated too much on Wall Street and not enough on the 911 memorial or World Trade Center. I was very disappointed. Do not waste your money, instead purchase a ticket to the museum and listen to the audio which is way more interesting! Would not recommend it.

Disappointing - HORRIBLE. We booked a tour and our tour guide didn’t even bother showing up.... very unprofessional and left us standing there waiting in the cold.

Tour operator did not show up - We booked a tour with Uncle Sam's through expedia for a tour of the 911 memorial. When we showed up at the agreed upon meeting place no one was there. We phoned the number given and were told our reservation did not exist and since we were there already we could just walk over to the memorial. He blamed expedia for not passing on the info, and yet when we checked with expedia they contacted the vendor and our reservation was found right away and money refunded. We were very disappointed with having the tour cancelled which we had been looking forward to and planned our day around it and extremely disappointed with the customer service response and that he lied about there being no reservation, even though we had proof and had prepaid.
