Booked a rental after reading their 24 hour refund cancellation policy. I called 48 hours before my reservation to cancel as my daughter broke her arm and we changed our plans. They told me they would give me a future credit for the $527 for a future visit. I told them no, their posted cancellation policy says full refund if cancelled with 24 hours. Person I talked to said they would get a manager to call me. It’s been 4 days, 5 emails and 3 phone calls later and no refund or communication. Read other reviews later where they are scamming people and keeping the $. Hopefully the owners reach out to me as or opened up disputes on visa and reported the business for fraud on the better business bureau and reported them to FBI as well as leaving every negative review I can find on the internet for stealing from paying customers.
