- Paradise Cave - Upon arrival, the first stop will be Paradise Cave, the longest dry cave in Asia. Nestled among forested karst peaks, this remarkable cave system stretches for 31 km, though most visitors explore only the first kilometre. The scale is awe-inspiring, with wooden staircases descending into a cathedral-like space filled with vast, alien-looking stalagmites and stalactites. Arriving early is recommended to avoid the crowds, as tour guides often lead groups with megaphones during peak times (early afternoon). From the buggy drop-off, there is an additional 600m-plus climb to the cave entrance. Visitors can explore deep inside the cave beyond the barrier at the end and may be fortunate enough to see the eyeless cave fish that inhabit its ecosystem.
- Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park - At 12:30, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Phong Nha village.
- Phong Nha Caves - Discover the impressive Phong Nha Cave. Guests will take a boat ride on the Son River for about 25 minutes to reach the Phong Nha Cave. During the boat ride, enjoy views of the green fields, local people, houses, and limestone formations along the river. This cave is renowned for its rock formations, which have been named “Lion,” “Fairy Caves,” “Royal Court,” and “Buddha.” As the boats approach the caves, they queue up, entering one or two at a time. Engines are turned off, and operators use long poles to guide the boats slowly and methodically through the murky water. Once inside, the immense cavern opens up, with giant stalactite chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Without prompting, everyone falls silent, captivated by the grandeur of the stone cathedral. It is a truly spectacular sight.
- Dong Hoi - At 16:00, return to the vehicle to depart Phong Nha. The group will head back to Dong Hoi for drop-off at hotels or designated locations. Drop-off is expected around 17:30, marking the end of the trip.

Such a great day 😄 - I visited Paradise Cave and Phong Nha with Paradise Indochina Travel from Dong Hoi, and it was a great experience from start to finish. It was easy to contact them before the trip to request more information, and our guide provided us with valuable insights about the area. She was very friendly and enthusiastic. Everything was well-organized. The lunch was 10/10. I'm very grateful for the experience 😊.

Spectacular! Highly recommended!! - Wow! What a fantastic tour!! We had such an amazing day. Started with walking through the spectacular Paradise Caves with our very interesting and informative guide, Ngoc (aka Nick, he is the best)! We were supplied with a traditional Vietnamese lunch by the river which was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Next stage was the boat ride to, and 1km into the Phong Nha caves. A truly surreal, beautiful experience. On the trip back we stopped and walked out to the mouth of the cave before the boat ride back to our starting point. This has been the highlight of our time in Vietnam so far. Highly recommend.
