• Da Nang Home Cooking Class - These classes are entirely interactive, allowing participants to engage in cooking using authentic Vietnamese techniques. A cooking demonstration will be provided, along with tasting samples. At individual cooking stations, participants will be guided through each recipe step-by-step.

After savoring a homemade lunch, participants can explore the art of Vietnamese coffee. They will learn to brew coffee traditionally using the phin filter and create four of Vietnam’s most renowned coffee drinks: egg coffee, salt coffee, coconut coffee, and phin coffee.

The family is delighted to accommodate any food allergies or preferences. Participants are encouraged to email their dietary requirements, and confirmation of alternative dishes or ingredients will be provided. Easy recipes will be taught, enabling participants to recreate them for friends back home.

For those with limited time, there is an option to choose either the cooking class or the coffee-making class exclusively.
