We thoroughly enjoyed our... - We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Vang Vo (Louis). We especially enjoyed our Pho lunch at a Michelin starred restaurant, popular with the locals. We enjoy private tours as much as possible to be able to see everything at our own pace.

Great First Impression of Nha Trang - My family and I had a great trip in Nha Trang. Our driver and guide (Ray) was very knowledgeable of the area and knew exactly where to take us for sight seeing and photographs. He explained some of the history of the city along the ride which made it much more fun. Thank you again!

Organised this excursion... - Organised this excursion the day before our arrival. The operator was very clear in their communication & good to deal with. Our driver patiently waited for us for almost an hour after our scheduled pick up time as we had disembarkment issues from the cruise we were on. Tong our driver provided his services in an excellent & spacious air conditioned people mover. We communicated via Google translate with no dramas. He took us to the promised sites & returned us to the point of pick up with plenty of time in hand. All six of us were completely satisfied with the tour given.

Disappointing experience - We booked a private tour which, according to the TripAdvisor advertisement and the the messages we received from the company after the purchase, the tour was supposed to last 5 to 6 hours and the driver was supposed to pick us up at the port at 8:00 AM.
On the morning of the tour, while waiting for the driver at the port, we received a message from Hiep instructing us to take a shuttle bus from the ship to its final stop at the CaraWorld Resort, which is approximately 30 minutes from the port.
The line for the shuttle was enormous, we had to wait, and we arrived at CaraWorld after at 9:00 AM, so the tour started more than 1 hour late.
I asked the guide if, at least on the return trip, the driver could take us to the port after the tour, because the last shuttle to the ship would leave from CaraWorld at 2:30 PM, and having started the tour almost at 9:30 AM, the tour time would be too tight to complete the 5 to 6 hours we had booked. The guide contacted the company and made an effort to have my request granted, but the company refused, claiming that the port is military and private cars could not go there. However, this information seemed incorrect to us because we saw passengers from private tours being picked up and returned to the port.
Therefore, what should have lasted up to 6 hours lasted less than 4 hours, and we had to do everything in a great hurry, without time to calmly appreciate the places we visited.
The lunch provided is definitely not worth the price difference between the tour options with and without lunch.
In short, the only praise we have is for the guide, Duc, who, despite being very young, seemingly inexperienced, and with only a medium knowledge of English, was very helpful and dedicated throughout, trying to compensate for our disappointment with the company/tour we booked.
