Maid of the Mist fun! - We had a great time! Rickie was great with my son and he was shocked that he knew about Sturgeon fish in the river and falls. We loved it!

Tour Guide Took Experience to New Level! - My husband and I had an incredible experience at Niagara Falls. We ended our trip with the Maid of the Mist tour with Jacob as our guide. Jacob’s enthusiastic, positive and personal manner made the tour even more spectacular! The experience of the Maid of the Mist boat ride was absolutely breath taking!!

So. Much. Fun. - If you are ready this abs wondering if you should do the Niagara Falls boat tour, YES YOU SHOULD!! It was only $30.25 per adult and we bought our ticked and were in the boat in less than 15 minutes. I would say from ticket purchase to exiting the boat was approximately an hour total I believe. AND I myself barely got wet. We were in the front of the boat in the left hand corner. The key is not to be the first row of people. They take the direct hit. Ha ha. We laughed and had the best time. Would absolutely do it again in a heart beat. It truly is the best way to experience the Falls.

Worth doing - Our guide was informative and knowledgeable with facts and stories. He was friendly and approachable, answering questions. Tour was well organized and easy to follow

Take this boat ride! You won't regret it!!!! - four friends are traveling around the Great Lakes and came to see the magnificent Niagara Falls. Maid of the Mist Boat Ride was recommended by a friend who had done it a couple f years ago-what a great tip it was!!! We absolutely LOVED every minute of it. What excitement we felt as we neared the falls and heard the roar of the water!!!! The electric boat was able to get amazingly close and it was thrilling.

Ricky the tour guide was phenomenal! - We inadvertently booked the trip on the US side so we had to go across into the US from Canada. What a blessing that was! We got Ricky as our guide and he was better than phenomenal! We had a bunch of 10 year old kids and Ricky interacted with them so well. The kids had a blast. His wit, humor and knowledge of the Falls was great and we totally enjoyed our little trip to the falls! Thank you Ricky for making our day!!!

Get Wet on the Maid of the Mist! - My wife and I last visited Niagara Falls in September of 2019. This time we returned with some friends who have never been to Niagara Falls. My wife booked online with Niagara Regional Tours. This tour included the history of Niagara Falls as we walked through Niagara Falls Park. Amazing history! I knew that it was the last stop on the Underground Railroad but to actually stand on the very spot where escaped slaves made their way into Canada was a revelation! Our tour guide Gregg and his partner Amanda were excellent historians. The icing on the cake was boarding the Maid of the Mist for a historic ride to the base of the Falls. The spray from the Falls was very refreshing on a hot Sunday afternoon. Please don’t let the tariff drama between the U.S. and Canada deter you from visiting Niagara Falls! The Canadians that we met were extremely friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this tour!

Booked the maid of the... - Booked the maid of the mist boat tour and they changed an hour before to something else. Would not recommend this company, $54 boat ride switched for a $23 cave of the winds. Asked for a partial refund and was denied.
