Don’t Miss this Adventure!! - This was a fantastic experience. Niagara Falls has been a bucket list destination for me, since I was a little child. This tour went beyond my expectations! It started with the tour greeter, Peter. We got lost trying to find the meeting point. I hit the “contact tour operator “ button, on the aviator app and Peter texted us with the picture of the meeting place. The tour itself, included a tour of the State Park, that provides access to to the American side of the Falls. We learned about the rich history of the area, including the people who went over the Falls, sometimes in a barrel….with their cat! Our guide, Stephen, was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! He was so nice, and offered to take pictures of us, without us even asking! The Maid of the Mist boat experience was fantastic…spectacular!! I got to share it with my wonderful husband, which made it even better. I highly recommend this adventure!

Wonderful Time!! - Steve was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and fun! My Granddaughter and I had such a good time! I highly recommend taking this tour instead of just getting a ticket for Maid of the Mist!

Awesome. Although boat... - Awesome. Although boat had to be cancelled due to ice, the replacement tour was great. Tour guide Steve was great. Very happy we did this, we would have missed so much going about it on our own.

Partial experience of the package. - We booked the ride for 5 pm as were landing at Buffalo only by 2pm. The tour operator contacted us as asked if we could make it at 4pm and informed last ferry leaves at 4.30pm. We hustled with our 1 yr old baby all the way From airport, walked almost a mile to reach the spot. We were offered tickets but the 4.30pm ferry left. We were offered ride on the 5pm ferry. The package included a tour around the falls which didn't happen at the end of the tour.

Better communication would be nice - The boat tour was cancelled and we were given an alternate option for the cave tour, however, the communication was very pour of the tour. It was a lot of walking and we had a member of our party with a pulled muscle. When I asked on the phone if there was a lot of walking or other things that would be bad for her I was told no. Hardly any walking. Wrong! It was too much for her. Luckily the guides helped her with trolley access and patients.

Boat ride was cancelled due to icy waters - The boat ride was cancelled due to icy waters. I called on Tuesday, April 15th and they told me the ride was canceled and I requested a refund.
