Had a wonderful time, but a couple ruined it for everyone by arguing and screaming at the tour guide - Chocolate Danish was great, we learned all the facts, very professional texted before the tour and after the tour, and overall we were amazed. But there was a couple at the beginning of the tour, who was so extremely rude, and literally screaming at the tour guide for no reason. He was a kind young man who dealt with them patiently, but they ruined it for everyone in the beginning of the tour. Their name was deadra something as the tour guide took a video of them

Wonderful Experience - I forget the tour guides name, he goes much in-depth about the history of the waterfalls and everything! Only in the beginning of the tour there was a slight hiccup with another couple who were arguing with the tour guide and screaming at him, (the lady) but her husband was polite, and they were giving us all indirectly a hard time and the tour guide. Other then that, it was a very good tour, and I've taken many, this is one of the best!

Niagara Falls Night Tour in July - Our tour guide Dannish was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, very kind, energetic and we can tell he enjoyed giving the tour. I loved that he wore a light on his hat and lights across his jacket that way we could pick him out in the crowd. He even gave us names of other places to visit during the rest of our stay. The tour was completely worth it and Dannish our tour guide was the best!!

Safety Does Not Come First - Tour was great until we were left at Fireworks. We didn’t appreciate being left in an unfamiliar location with no guide back to original meeting point. Park rangers were gone while lights were out at various points in the park. Clearly the safety of the patrons is not valued here. Plan on walking back alone and potentially getting lost.

Scam - For the record, we did show up at the Hard Rock Cafe at 8 o’clock we were just walking around and the tour guide called us and I asked him what the tour entailed. I told him that we already walked around the park today and that our first tour guy told us that we did not need to pay to see the fireworks which that’s what we thought we had to pay and when I asked him, why wouldn’t they tell us that the fireworks were free in their description he said you should read the description we told you that this was a walking tour and that you would see the fireworks and I said yes, but we want to see the fireworks that’s not the problem. It’s why did you tell us they were free you guys made it sound like in your description that we had to pay to see the fireworks. He got very argumentative with me he said do you wanna go on the tour or not and I told him well why would we go on the tour if we just wanna see the fireworks and he said that that’s what we’re paying for is the tour not the fireworks and was very aggressive with his words towards me and then he said well we’ll just say that you were a no call no show and I said but I’m standing right here with you I told him I wasn’t gonna argue with him, but he still try to be argumentative. My husband jumped in the middle because he just kept going on and on with his words so I would not recommend this you do not need to pay to see the fireworks or the lights for the record. It’s free you could go to the park and see it for free. Don’t let these people try to bamboozled you into paying to see the fireworks when you do not have to and then he said that I wasn’t gonna be able to leave a review which I am right now and I already filed a complaint for his attitude
