A Niagara Falls experience not to be missed - It was all great, but probably the helicopter ride and standing beneath Niagara Falls with water pouring over us moments to remember. Our guide Saied was fantastic although I probably Spelled his name wrong 😊

Great day - Great time with an awesome guide. Jimmy called first thing in the morning to let us know if a delay with the helicopter and that would now be last on our agenda. After we picked up the rest of folks on the tour with us, we hit all the touristy spots. Jimmy got us to the front of the lines and told us how to navigate those spots. He gave us time at each of the spots to really look and take in the sites. It was a good morning. Next time, I would recommend a snack or plan time to stop at one of the snack shops on Goat Island. Until we got back to the hotel it was 2:30. Helicopter was certainly worth the extra money and time.

Great time, amazing location! - We had a fabulous experience even though it rained, but we were already wet!! Jimmy "the Coyote" was a great tour guide. We were a small group of two couples, so we had a lot of flexibility. He gave us great insight and details for the best experience on the Maid of the Mist (wear water shoes or flip flops you will get WET), at Cave of the Winds (you get really WET here too), and the best place to watch the nightly fireworks display. Everything was breathtaking and beautiful! Jimmy finished the tour with a walk along the rim of the canyon from the American Falls to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and regaled us with all the stories and history of the falls, Goat Island, Niagara US/Canada and much, much more. It was a great time, amazing location and well worth the price.

Great tour - The tour of Niagara Falls was amazing! Our tour guide Saieed knew his stuff and got us to all our stops in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!!

Niagara USA see it ALL! - Excellent! Great guide, comfortable transportation. Small group, 6-8 max. Well organized. Weather changed and guide kept checking on the helicopters to see if we could go later, but no luck ;-( Great company to tour with... TripShepherd

The Falls From Ever Angle - First, we had incredible tour guides, Saied and Mark. Mr. Saied was very kind and knowledgeable. He was always on time and open to communication if we had any questions. Mr. Mark was funny and knowledgeable. We appreciate them so much for making this a memorable tour for us. Second, the view of the Falls from above is AMAZING! There’s nothing like it! No wonder God looked on His creation of the world and said it was good. To us, it’s better than good!

Amazing Anniversary Trip! - On a recent anniversary trip, we took the Niagara Falls small group tour with Maid of the Mist and helicopter ride tour. Our guide, Ahman, was incredibly professional and thoughtful as he led us through an amazing day experiencing all aspects surrounding the wonder of the falls. For part of our tour we were with a family who were such a joy to move from one location to another. Ahman’s passion and knowledge was obvious as he explained and answered questions all morning long. The beautiful weather held so he was able to navigate the schedule and we were able to do every item on the list! We highly recommend Tripshepherd and Ahman for a wonderful tour experience!

Awesome experience - Helicopter ride, the 1st time the kids have ever flown and a bucket list item for me. The Maid of the Mist was so much fun. I can’t believe how close we got to the Canadian falls.

Excellent! - Our experience with Saied was pretty nice! He was a chill guide who had a great sense of humor and was very informative! I wish personally the helicopter ride could have been more interactive but otherwise we enjoyed all attractions and would recommend to others!
