- Niagara Falls Observation Tower - The tour begins with a visit to the first attraction, a boat ride on the renowned Maid of the Mist. Before boarding, there is an opportunity to enjoy the view from the Prospect Point Observation Tower (also known as Niagara Falls Observation Tower), which is situated directly above the Maid of the Mist boarding area.

Maid of the Mist - During the boat tour, participants will experience breathtaking views, hear the powerful roars of the cascading waterfalls, and might get slightly wet depending on their position - but no worries, a rain poncho is provided for the ride.
Note: The boat operates seasonally from mid-May to October. - Goat Island - The tour continues with a visit to Goat Island, which connects to Terrapin Point and Luna Island. Here, visitors will learn about the Falls’ history, see the Nikola Tesla monument overlooking the Falls, and get up close to the Bridal Veil Falls, located between Goat Island and Luna Island.
- Cave of the Winds - After exploring Goat Island, the guide will lead the group to Cave of the Winds, where they will descend 175 feet into the Niagara Gorge before venturing onto a series of walkways leading to the “hurricane deck” - just a few feet from the Bridal Veil Falls. The proximity creates a sensation of being in tropical storm-like conditions, even on calm days.
- Rainbow Air Inc - The tour concludes with an eagerly anticipated moment. The guide will escort participants to board a Rainbow Air helicopter for an unforgettable flight around Niagara Falls, the gorge, and the surrounding area.
Important to note: Infants are not permitted on the helicopter ride.

Best tour! Entertaining and an interesting experience - Ask for Saied he was the best tour guide. He told amazing stories, very friendly and very knowledgeable about Niagara Falls.

Awesome - "Jimmy coyote" and Gary are the best tour guides. Jimmy so knowledgeable about the history. They understood are needs at times to slow down. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure we got the helicopter ride. I could go on they were A++++

Best tour experience of all time - What an incredible experience! Our guide was so patient and kind. The boys were blown away by the helicopter ride, but then getting to experience the falls on the maid of the mist, and then cave of the winds was icing on the cake. They managed all of the tickets and driving and parking and ushering us to the right place at the right time and made it so easy and effortless. It was the highlight of our 2 1/2 week, 14-state roadtrip for sure..

Great Tour Guide - Dana, our tour guide, was fantastic. She ensure we knew what was going on from start to finish. High recommend the tour as a whole. The only disappointment was not being able to take the helicopter ride that was part of the package.

Great memories! - I loved experiencing the falls with my grandson. He was amazed at the amount of water coming down the falls and had never rode in a helicopter. A memory to remember!

The whole tour was... - The whole tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Erick, was knowledgeable and such a great guy. The small group was appreciated and skipping lines and avoiding lines and fees for parking were great!

Fantastic! - The tour was amazing. From the helicopter ride to the Maid of the Mists to the walk up to the Cave of the Winds, and so much more. Our tour guide Dana was excellent, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable on the area.

Not Ultimate..... - Overall our trip was wonderful. "Jimmy was Great!!" Excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable.
" Toseph" was also very professional and pleasant assisting with our tour.
Our first stop was a view of the whirlpool very memorable and beautiful.
Loved the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour it was everything.
Cave of The Wind's Hurricane Deck was overwhelmingly exciting.
Lunch at The Anchor Bar was awful. Bathrooms were a disgrace for both Women's and Men's. Meal option was nearly none existent so we decided to order off the regular menu which was not much better.
Last stop was the Helicopter ride through Rainbow Inc. advertised as 45 minutes was supposed to be 12 minutes. was literally a take up to the falls and right back with no information of what you are seeing. also booked other groups to ride along so back seat riders are very limited to view.

Great experience but… - We had a great experience at Niagara Falls although we didn’t get a helicopter ride due to bad weather.
However, I was wondering the price is too expensive. The reason why I think so is I got a refund for cancelling the helicopter ride but the refund was less than I expected. The tour agency claimed they got the helicopter in discounted price, but after I tried to calculate the cost, if my calculation is correct, less than 50% of the tour price accounts for the total of fees of the 3 venues. Of course they gave us hotel transfer and told us some knowledge about falls, but I doubt their service values over 50% of the tour price.
