Best time - Our tour guide has a lot infomercial .. my kids enjoy Peter’s story of the fall.. he was very accommodating.. he told us his plans for the tour and suggested to all of us a plan B and plan C

Worst experience ever with Paul the Tour guide - We all had gathered well in time for the tour. As we started walking towards the boat, at one point, the guide started shouting as my mother couldn't find her way to the tour group. But just after a few seconds when we found her, the guide got really abusive and used cuss words like s*n of a bi**h for my father in front of everyone as he had gone looking out for her. This was highly unexpected and humiliating. We told him to stay calm but he kept shouting. Afterwards he even asked us to leave the group and move ahead on our own while briefing the rest of the participants. I told him we would do this once he refunds us our entire money to which he refused again. Our tour was booked for 2 hours but we got off once the boat ride got over as my parents were feeling very low spirited. This was an extremely terrible experience for all of us where both my young kids aged 7 years and 9 years also got scared due to the foul language used by your guide. I am looking for a full refund with a written apology by your guide. This experience will not be forgotten soon and has left me and my family in utter shock.
