Magical Experience! - We had an amazing time with Mack and Go Naigara Tours. His energy, enthusiasm, passion , story telling and taking care of us and our parents was incredible. No wait time - covered both of the tours one after the other . We all loved Maid of the mist and Cave of the winds experience (including my daughter and my parents) Highly recommend.

Excellent Experience - Excellent tour with our very knowledgeable and personable guide, Pete. Even my 16 year old son loved it (and parents know how temperamental teenagers can be on family trips). Definitely go.

Waste of money! Such a joke! - Complete waste of money!!!!! Do the visit yourself and save a ton of money! The walking part was a joke!! You couldn’t hear the guy (he walked with his back towards you) & he was definitely not educational! He literally just walks you from the hotel pickup to the ticket window. I paid $200 for the tour for 1 adult, 1 child. I could get tickets for both of us for $60. There was absolutely no advantage on paying that extra money!!! None. You have to stand in the same exact lines as everyone else. Again, do NOT do this tour! I should have listened to other reviews saying the same thing!!
