Falling in love with the Falls! - Darin explained everything clearly and with humor. The sites are amazing! Every first timer should take the tour to hear the history behind the falls.

Great Tour! - Excellent tour for first-timers! It was nice to have someone knowledgeable like our guide Sam who told us where to be and what to expect. The bus ride also made things go smoothly as parking looks like it can be a bear by Niagara. We enjoyed our experience!

A Memorable Experience at Niagara Fslls! - We all enjoyed our tour. We started at Tugby’s Bazaar which was a really neat vintage store. Everyone should visit this store! Then we were transported to the visitor center where we met our guide, Billy. Billy was an awesome guide and took good care of us He told us some really cool facts about daredevils. He made sure we got to the Made of the Mist and Cave of the Wind. It was so convenient that our tickets were included in the price so we didn’t have to make those arrangements. Billy also pointed out good viewing spots. Entrance to the Dare Devils museum was also included, and it was very interesting! It was all in all a great day!

It was OK, but we hit all the highlights and didn’t have to mess with multiple ticket purchases. - A little overpriced, it was nice to have one-stop-shop for tickets; however, we could have done that on our own without too much fuss. Our guide was very new and not very engaging. We appreciated the effort, but the presentation was stilted and awkward. If you want the ease of paying more for someone to make your visit semi-organized and simpler, then go for it; if you have time to plan and research for yourself (or a large group), not sure this is the tour for you.

Great tour guide - We always do extensive research before booking special things like this… We had read reviews about meeting to start the tour at a building near the Hard Rock Cafe. So that’s what we were expecting. Then on the night before our morning tour we got a text with an address of where to meet to start the tour. The text even had a link with our tour information and receipt. Morning of tour we follow the directions to the location and it was NOT near the Hard Rock Cafe, so we were slightly concerned. When we arrived at the location from the text, it was the Tugby’s Bazaar vintage shop that others have posted about in recent reviews. The shop was cute and had nice local items for sale. ***Here was the problem we had with this situation…we had a group of 8 people, with one being a 6 year old child and two grandparents. The reason we booked this tour was so that we could ride the shuttle bus to different locations because the grandfather of the group has to pace himself on a long day due to heart troubles. The hotel we stayed at was very close to the Hard Rock Cafe, so we were glad our tour was going to start close to the hotel and the grandfather wouldn’t have to walk a long way. The Tugby’s Bazaar store was NOT close to where the tour started and we had to walk a long way to get there. It was also NOT in the greatest part of town, we started to feel unsafe walking, and we were thankful when we did get to Tugby’s Bazaar. Once there we checked in and shopped for a few minutes, the shuttle came and picked us up….and brought us to where the tour started next to the Hard Rock Cafe!!!! So we walked all that extra and ended up where we thought we were supposed to start…it was very confusing and frustrating. ***upon arrival at the spot where the tour was supposed to start, we go to the desk, tell them our name and he is very confused as to why we were already checked in. We explained that we got the text the night before and went to Tugby’s Bazaar first and he just nodded his head. He was very professional about it all even though he could tell I was frustrated. With all that being said, once our group tour started we really enjoyed it and we were glad we paid for the tour. It was nice not having to worry about tickets or where to go or what to do. And we learned a lot about the history of Niagara Falls. Our guide was so great and helpful! The Maid of the Mist boat ride and the Cave of the Winds really made the whole experience fun! If we would not have done those two things, Niagara Falls would not have been as great as an experience. So I would definitely recommend everyone doing those two things! The shuttle was nice because it runs frequently and at the end of the day we were so tired that the shuttle bus driver even dropped us off at our hotel, which we were so thankful for after everything we went through to start the day. Would I recommend booking with this company ….yes….but know that you can start at the big gift shop next to Hard Rock Cafe and go to the desk to check in. I hope this company can get this figured out, because it seemed like it was disorganized and something they were trying. In my opinion, I think people should check in at the normal spot and then ride the shuttle to Tugby’s Bazaar when they have time in their day.

Great for first experience - Be patient for shuttle at the end. After doing this once, we could do it ourselves without a guide as everything is in close proximity. Bella (tour guide) was great though and friendly and informative.

Expensive experience for... - Expensive experience for the duration and explanations provided during the visit...much cheaper on the Canadian side.

DoNOT recommend booking... - DoNOT recommend booking on a busy day or with younger kids. Our group had over 50 ppl in it and we could barely hear/see the tour guide to benefit from learning some of this history but she did try. Since our group was so large it was really just A lot of waiting to gather group members before we then stood in line for attractions. We paid a lot of money when we could have just done the excursions on our own and read some of the signs. Will NOT book again .
