The highlight of our trip! - This was the highlight of our trip! Do yourself a favor and book BOTH the Maid of the Mist boat ride and the Wind of the Caves. Peter stayed in touch. Dave was the best tour guide ever! He made the experience with all of his stories, facts and information. The humor was def appreciated a favorite. Perfect amount of time. Lunch time was even given.

Thunder Deck! - Howie was an amazing tour guide. He was laid back and allowed time to explore, while making sure the entire group was accounted for before moving onto the next event. It’s a long tour so make sure you bring snacks or lunch and drinks. Backpack is good so you’re hands free to take photos. We brought water shoes and had our tennis shoes in our backpack to change for maid of the mist and the cave, worked out good. Or you could wear comfortable walking waterproof boots. Was a wonderful experience, best part was the thunder deck!

See all three and have a great experience! - I I am very skeptical when booking things online. This is exactly what is advertised, you get a guided tour throughout the whole experience, you go through the park and get a very detailed history of Niagara Falls, you go on the maid of the mist, and are met with the tour guide after you exit. They take you to the cave of winds and meet you outside. Very informational very helpful. We even asked him where we should have dinner the next day and he provided an excellent recommendation. 11/10 recommend if you want to see the USA side thoroughly. It’s the best deal out there!

Wonderful Tour experience - I had a wonderful experience. I didn't have to bother with the tickets and slot timings, everything was taken care of. The group size was good and not too big. Jenny our tour guide was great and gave insightful information about the falls. She ensured that the group remains together and timed all our activities well. Overall an experience that one wants when you are on a vacation.

It’s a must do - We loved the guides Paul and the dinosaur lady (sorry I can’t remember her name). They had great stories and made sure everyone got great photos. It was so much more than we expected.

Cave of the winds blew it - Our tour guide Steve was awesome. The Maid the the Mist was also just as thrilling as the last time I went. My date had a great time too and I enjoyed treating her to the Maid of the Mist for the first time. She loved it. The Cave of the Winds tour was very disappointing. We were told they would provide us with slickers and they did not. We got really wet. The most disappointing part was that only half of the walkways were open and you could not get very close to the falls. They had some closed off and others not built yet for the season. We felt we did not get the full value of this tour. We feel like a partial refund is due us of at least 50%.

Tour Guides Not Engaging with their Audience - My wife and I booked the “All American Tour- Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds“ on May 3, 2023. The tour guide on the Maid of the Mist part was Angela while the tour guide on Cave of the Winds was Joe. Both tour guides were not engaging with their audience and we could have done both tours without the tour guides. A waste of money.
