- This experience has a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Tours run rain or shine. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
- Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet
- Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street

Visiting Canada Niagara for the first time - He used proper language at all times and was an excellent tour guide—very friendly, thoughtful, and respectful with my family. A mature and experienced gentleman, he made our experience truly enjoyable.

The Off Season Rocks! - Niagara Falls during the off season is highly underrated! It was just my daughter and I, and our guide took great care to show us a good time and did a great job looking after us! Highly recommend!

Great way to see the falls - This tour was everything I expected and more. Asif was an excellent guide. Just be aware that from your knees down, you will get wet! But all in fun.

Fantastic Niagara Falls Tour with Asif! - We had an amazing time on our Niagara Falls tour! Asif was our guide — very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He made the whole experience enjoyable and even helped us take some great photos. This time of year was perfect since it wasn’t crowded. We got to do the boat ride, visit the chocolate factory, and explore the Behind the Falls tour — all incredible experiences. Highly recommend this tour and Asif as your guide!

Little more value - The guide doesn't add much. It is not there during the boat tour, nor during the visit behind the falls. His only presence was before the boat and between the boat and behind the falls. He doesn't have much knowledge either. You might as well do the activities yourself without a guide and read the info on Wikipedia, because at this price it is clearly not worth it.
Asif was however very nice and funny and offered to take pictures of us, which was appreciable, but not indispensable.
