Very nice and private tour - Niagara Falls was beautiful. We loved the boat ride and really loved Niagara In Flight. It was awesome. Our lunch at Victoria House was very good. We also did a wine tasting that was nice. Our tour guide, Judy, was very informative and knew everything there is to know about the area. She really took care of us. It was a great tour.

Fantastic Adventure to the Falls. - We had a truly wonderful experience with Wheelz on a private tour of Niagara Falls. From the very beginning, Steve was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked through our itinerary—adjusting activity levels and asking plenty of questions. He handled all the arrangements and reservations seamlessly, which made the planning process stress-free.
Our guide, Judy, was a delight—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of great stories. She navigated the crowds with ease and adapted our schedule so we could enjoy the falls from multiple vantage points, each paired with fascinating history and local insight. Her flexibility and warmth made the day feel personal and relaxed.
The tour also included a visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake, which was a charming and memorable part of the trip. If you're considering a private tour and it's within your budget, I highly recommend it—and Wheelz is an excellent choice. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our visit truly special.

Worth the Price - Prior to our trip, we reached out to Steve to ask questions about the trip. On each call Steve was very helpful and patient. He was able to customize our day to accommodate my limitations. Our guide, Judy was so knowledgeable and again willing to accommodate our day. She walked us to each activity so that we did not wonder around lost. Wheelz took care of all our tickets and got us priority access so that we did not have to stand in line very long. We did the zipline, railway incline, the Hornblower cruise and had lunch at the Victoria. Every activity was so much fun and made the trip to Niagara memorable. Judy then took us to Niagara on the Lake. Along the way, she shared information about points of interest. We made a quick stop at the Floral clock, a beautiful location. At Niagara on the Lake, Judy gave us plenty of time to shop and enjoy that delightful town. Again, I cannot praise Judy enough. She so obviously loves her country, loves sharing her knowledge, and more importantly loves her job and company. I highly recommend this tour company.

Wonderful - This was our second time to use Wheelz. Our driver, Judy, was fantastic! Love that we were picked up from our Airbnb in Buffalo and were able to customize our tour. Book with this company! You won’t be disappointed.

Wheelz guide, Steve and staff are the Best ! - Steve was a great guide, showed us both Us and Canadian falls, gardens
Wineries and the lovely town I Niagara on the Lake . Very professional and knowledgeable, passionate about the area. Patient when my friend forgot her passport, and we had to return to our hotel from the Peace Bridge. Kind when my knee was tired, cold water and snack aboard the van, and history lessons along the route. We had a new friend and smiles when we parted ways back in Buffalo. Thus the way to do the falls! Well done Steve and staff

Right from booking this... - Right from booking this tour, correspondence was excellent with the company. Getting picked up from Buffalo was great, and having the option to choose our itinerary was perfect. Our driver/guide Steve was amazing, so informative and obviously loves what he does. Booked us a window table at a lovely restaurant overlooking The Horseshoe Falls, which was incredible. Highly recommended Steve.

Team Building Done Right – A Memorable Day with Wheelz Niagara - I had a fantastic experience working with Wheelz Niagara to organize our team-building outing. A big thank you to Steve, who coordinated our itinerary, including a delicious lunch and two wine tastings. Although we had planned to visit Chocolate FX, we unfortunately ran out of time.
Here’s a quick recap of our day:
First Stop: 11th Post on Queen
The food was absolutely amazing—shout out to the chef for a memorable meal!
Second Stop: Bella Terra / PondView Estate Winery
The wine was enjoyable, though we found the host to be less engaging than expected, with minimal descriptions of the wines provided.
Third Stop: Big Head Wines
If you enjoy dry wines, this is the place for you. The host was very professional and interactive, offering a wide variety of wines to taste and plenty of insight into each one.
Our driver, Bill, was courteous and accommodating throughout the day, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Wheelz Niagara for a well-organized and enjoyable wine tour experience!
