Breath taking Niagara Falls and exquisite dining experience! - The elevator might be a bit wary for those who are afraid of heights to get to the observation section. But the view is worth every penny in seeing Niagara Falls! The revolving restaurant was awesome in getting a 360 degree of the falls. The food was excellent and the dining experience ended with seeing the falls light up at 9:00 PM with fireworks at 10:00 PM.

Great views and great customer service - The views from the tower are differently worth the price of admission. Employees we interacted with during tour time at the tours were very friendly and customer service focused. We bought the professional photo package and the digital copies. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt with the information and did not realize the error until she had returned home in Arizona. I called the Towers 800 number and they connected me with the Photo both. I spoke with Jessica and she definitely went above and beyond to help me. She was able to find my pictures and emailed them to me. A big shout out to Jessica who spent about 10 minutes helping me and searching to discover my photos even though I had literally no receipt information.

It’s worth it - Views are fantastic from top of tower. Lift fast but it’s not scary. Worth the money to go. We booked but not a time and it wasn’t too busy. ……………………………………..

Watch for the fireworks - There are two ways to get up there. The easy one has an escalator taking you up. There are fireworks at the Falls at 10 pm.

Somewhere you deffinately have to go to - This was better than expected, the views were absolutely amazing. Nice little shop at the top and a larger one at the bottom.

Fantastic - This is one of my all-time favorite experiences on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Would highly recommend… There is just something about an aerial view that brings everything into perspective! Fantastic experience and worth the cost!

Nice view. Friendly... - Nice view. Friendly staff. Good experience. I would recommend for one to see a higher view of the city and falls. Going during night fireworks was different and I highly recommend.

Wow, the view - Lovely view of the Falls from the top. The glass elevator ride is a trip since you can see the sites as you rise. 360 degree view of Niagara

Great views - The good: Clean bathrooms, staff was okay, views at the top are incredible. The bad: Long wait for an elevator if you get behind a tour group. Wish they had a bypass line for this. Expensive. Would I do it again? Not for myself, but if I had someone with me who had never gone up into the tower, then I would gladly take them.

Who ordered and authroized this expense? - I inquired aboutthis activity. However,I do not recall finalizing any such activity due to it being in Canada and our rental car was not to be removed from the US. I have been charged for this activity well in advance of any considered participation. This charge is not authorized.
