Visiting NOTL, Shaw Festival and Winery BTL - Excellent experience in every way. We were served by one of the owners which was an extra treat. Great wines. We bought 2 bottles and a set of canned wines. We will visit again.

Warm Hospitality and Bold Reds: A Must-Visit - This was an unscheduled stop on our day of booked wine tastings at NOTL. The facility is small and authentic, a tasting room much less grand than others we visited that day. We were greeted warmly and encouraged to share a single tasting between us. This was welcome advice and indicative of what was to come. Their focus at BTL was to have you try/enjoy/share their wines, not to empty your wallet with their tasting fee. The wine guide was a friendly lady, very kind, generous in her pours, and Canadian. The reds were the specialty and highlight here, which set them apart from other local wineries, and we brought several home with us. The personal touch at BTL is my best memory of our visit to NOTL. I'd highly recommend including them on your NOTL wine tasting itinerary.

Fun wine tasting! - Had a great time at Between the Lines winery through The Grape Escape tours. It was our first stop on the tour and was a great introduction to the day! The Outset wine cans were delicious and Ralf was very friendly and knowledgable about the history of the winery and wines. For each tasting, we were each given different options to try depending on our preferences.

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable - We went to Between the Lines for our first time and it did not disappoint. Very cute and friendly atmosphere. We were offered a little bubbly while we had a short wait to be seated. Our server Diane was fantastic. Being our first time she told us about the winery and recommended some great tastings based on our conversation. I cant wait to go back the next time we are in NOTL.

Canada in a glass. - Passing through Niagara Falls we decided to try the famous Canadian wines. The choice fell on this company that surprised us in the positive. We tasted almost all their wines! An applause to the bubbles that did not make us regret our beloved Trentodoc. The reserves were a real surprise: the Cabernet "Noah" was amazing, full-bodied, with a balanced tannin and excellent to accompany red meat.
The riesling was also excellent, but we had no doubt about that.
We tasted for the first time two ice wines that simply delighted the palate.
The spearhead of the company is the sweet Paula who accompanied us with professionalism and sympathy throughout the tasting.
If you pass by, stop to drink these amazing products (and ask for Paula, excellent host).

Adorable little winery with delicious wine! - Ralf was such a good guide through our first Canadian winery tasting. He was very well-versed on the varieties available and on the area.
Try the hot sauce in the Vidal Icewine….truly original!

Superior ice wine! - This vineyard was lovely. The tasting room was loud and exciting. Nearly every one of the wines we tasted were excellent. The red ice wine was especially divine.

Classic Wine Tasting - great experience - My husband and I visited Between the Lines for the Classic Wine Tasting and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere of the tasting room was comfortable and welcoming, and our wine expert was interesting - taking the time to explain the history of the winery and the characteristics of the wines. We did not feel rushed at all. We have visited many Niagara on the Lake wineries over the years (large and small) and this was a really refreshing experience. And - put any snooty wine perceptions aside and try the canned sparkling wines. You won't be disappointed!

Lovely Tasting Experience - What a fantastic experience! We walked in without a reservation on a Tuesday afternoon and we were still able to get a tasting, since it was not too crowded. Brian went above and beyond to teach us about the wines in the region, as well as the wine production process, which we were happy to learn. Learned a lot and this really added to the experience and made us feel so welcome. Every wine was delicious and we purchased two bottles as well. Highly recommend!
