Wonderful tour guide and tour - This tour was alot if fun and very informative. We had Bill as a tour guide and he was very informative thru out the whole tour. Highly recommend this door for it picked up and dropped off at our hotel.

Amazing experience! - Johnny O was amazing!! He was able to bring us to all of the locations, provided information at the wineries, assisted in our purchases, and provided jokes along the day. He was an amazing tour guide. I recommend using him if you ever are wondering what tour to go on. #lookforthebluetie

Fun Wine Tour - Fun wine tour visiting 4 family owned and operated wineries that reflected the Niagara wine region. Tastings were good including the famous Niagara icewine. Also enjoyed time visiting Niagara on the Lake for lunch and shopping. Our tour guide Johnny O. was the best. His knowledge, sense of humor, and sincere desire for everyone to have a memorable day really made the tour wonderful for all. We started out as strangers but ended the tour as friends including our guide Johnny.

- My friends and I had a wonderful time on our recent winery tour of Niagara! Our tour guide Chester literally saved our day and our experience! We were stuck in traffic on the highway leading up to our hotel pick up time, and of course we were highly stressed about missing out on our tour package experience. Chester and Andrea from Winery tours Niagara promptly answered our concerns about timing and running behind. Once we knew the itinerary of what wineries were included on the tour we decided to meet our group along the way... 5min before calling an Uber in an attempt to meet up with everyone... I received a phone call from Chester checking in on us and our location. Once Chester knew that we were close he dropped of the group and turned back around to pick us up! He went above and beyond to include us in the tour and make sure we got our money worth. I thought we were just signing up for a fun summer experience with my friends, turns out, we also met the "Hero" of fun experiences!, thank you Chester!

Terrible customer service - I booked they confirmed, the tour guide never showed up , didn’t even have the decency to respond to my messages. All together I’ve booked several trips via trip advisor & this was the worst experience. I’m a very disgruntled!!!
